Fill Rate definition

Fill Rate shall be defined as the average of the individual fill rates for all orders of a Product by stock keeping unit (or “SKU”) by all Purchasers during any calendar month, calculated by dividing the total units delivered undamaged within the delivery schedule requirements of Section 7.0 of this Agreement and/or Exhibit B by the total units ordered for such Product during such calendar month.
Fill Rate means the monthly percentage of hours filled per job category clinical position per SDA Statewide compared to the number of hours that would be provided each month if all positions in the Contractor’s staffing plan were filled and all staff worked the number of hours indicated in the plan.
Fill Rate means the percentage of requests where a LAP accepted and was assigned to the request. The rate is measured by dividing the total number of requests by the number of those requests that had a LAP assigned to it at any point in time.

Fill Rate means KeHE’s in-stock level of all SFM Products delivered under this Agreement, calculated as follows: [***]. “Fill Rate Cure Period” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(c).

By way of example only and not limitation, if the number of Delivered Pieces during a particular Order Period were 9,300, the number of Pieces of Product ordered were 10,000 and the number of Permitted Outs were 400, then the Fill Rate for such Order Period would be ninety-seven percent (97%) (9,300 + 400 = 9,700; 9,700 ÷ by 10,000 = .

Fill Rate as used herein shall be described as the average of the individual fill rates for all Dual and Sole Source Products ordered during any calendar month. The fill rate for any individual Product is the ratio of total units ordered for such Product divided into the total unit delivered within the delivery schedule requirements of Section 7 of this Agreement.

With each delivery, Supplier will provide a packing list showing, for each Product shipped: the Insulet part number and revision level, the number of pieces shipped, the Scheduled Delivery date and quantity and the Purchase Order number(s). The same information will be provided on invoices and in both machine readable and human readable format as agreed by the Parties.
