Authorized Dealers definition
Authorized Dealers means a Dealer who is authorized under the requirements, specifications, terms, and conditions of the Contract, if awarded, to market, sell, provide, and / or service specific Commodities and contractual services of the Contract, if awarded. Authorized Dealers may be Contractor owned and / or controlled, in whole or in part, or independently owned and controlled.
