Paras. 11.01 and 11.02 of Article 11 - Seniority. 1) Officers of the security authorities of a Contracting State may, in case of an imminent considerable danger, cross the border between the two States without the prior authorisation of the other Contracting State in order to take provisional measures within an area close to the border within the territory of the other Contracting State which are necessary to avert an immediate danger for life or limb or property.
2) An immediate danger as provided for in Para. 1 shall be deemed to arise if there is a risk that the danger will materialise in the event of there being any delay before the officers of the other Contracting State intervene.
3) The officers crossing the border shall immediately notify the security authorities of the other Contracting State which are competent pursuant to Para.
