AND RECALLS. In the event of lay-off due to lack of work, the Company agrees to give seven (7) days notice wherever possible, unless otherwise required in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Standards Act as amended. In all cases of lay-off and/or recall (except lay- offs of not more than five (5). working days duration), seniority shall govern provided that the Company may give effect in what it consid- ers proper cases to the requirements and effi- ciency of operations, and the relative abilities, knowledge, training and skills of individuals affected.
