Contracting State definition

Contracting State means a State party to the Treaty;
Contracting State means a Contracting Party that is a State;

Examples of Contracting State in a sentence

  • Royalties arising in a Contracting State and paid to a resident of the other Contracting State may be taxed in that other State.
