Developing our Youth 3. Payment Arrangements Cabinet will pay the Big Brothers, Big Sisters of the Cayman Islands for delivery of the outputs described in section 2 of this Agreement. Payment will be made on the basis of an invoice provided to the Minister of Health, Environment, Youth, Sports and Culture by the Big Brothers, Big Sisters of the Cayman Islands. The invoice will contain sufficient evidence of the outputs delivered for the Minister to be able to satisfy himself that the outputs have in fact been delivered. Invoice will be paid within 20 days of the end of the month following the invoice date. The expected amount of each invoice for outputs to be delivered during the year is outlined in the following table.
