Expected Amount definition

Expected Amount with respect to a period shall mean the quantity of Solar Energy Output expressed in MWh that would have been produced by the Facility during such period, except MWh that would have been produced by the Facility any portions of such period which are during Excused Maintenance Outages or Seller Uncontrollable Minutes, if the Facility operated at 100% of the Facility Capacity in MWac throughout such period, except any portions of such period which are during Excused Maintenance Outages or Seller Uncontrollable Minutes, using the Production Model.
Expected Amount means $[400,000][1].
Expected Amount means an aggregate of $51 million of direct gross premiums written by both Insurance Subsidiaries on and after the Effective Date with respect to the Insurance Contracts.

More Definitions of Expected Amount

Expected Amount means $76,645,000 on an annual basis, and shall be calculated as the quotient obtained by dividing $76,645,000 by 365, multiplied by the number of days in the Measurement Period.

Related to Expected Amount

  • Designated Amount means the lesser of:

  • Restricted Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11(b)(iv).

  • Invested Amount means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Class A Invested Amount as of such date, (b) the Class B Invested Amount as of such date and (c) the Collateral Invested Amount as of such date.

  • Requested Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.02.

  • Aggregate Invested Amount means, at any date of determination, the sum of the Invested Amounts with respect to all Outstanding Series on such date of determination.

No person guilty of fraudulent misrepresentation (within the meaning of Section 11(f) of the Securities Act) shall be entitled to contribution from any Person who was not guilty of such fraudulent misrepresentation. The Holders’ obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 8(d) are several in proportion to the respective principal amount of the Registrable Securities held by each Holder hereunder and not joint. The Company’s and Subsidiary Guarantors’ obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 8(d) are joint and several. The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in this Section 8 are in addition to any liability that the Indemnifying Parties may have to the Indemnified Parties.

  • Increase Amount is defined in Section 2.3(a).

  • Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Pre-Funded Amount With respect to any date of determination, the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account.
