Non-Exclusive Engagement. The Company may from time to time (i) engage other persons and entities to act as consultants to the Company and perform services for the Company, including services that are similar to the Services, and (ii) enter into agreements similar to this Agreement with other persons or entities, in all cases without the necessity of obtaining approval from Consultant.
Non-Exclusive Engagement. The Company shall not require Xxxxxxxx to devote his full-time professional efforts to performing Services hereunder. Moreover, Xxxxxxxx has the absolute right to perform services for others during the term of this Agreement, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Non-Exclusive Engagement. SOFTSERVE reserves the right to offer services of any kind or nature whatsoever to any person or entity as SOFTSERVE in its sole discretion, deems appropriate. CLIENT acknowledges that this is a non-exclusive agreement, and CLIENT is aware that SOFTSERVE markets its services to other clients. No provision of this Agreement shall be construed as limiting or prohibiting SOFTSERVE’s performing similar services for any other client.
Non-Exclusive Engagement. Consultant shall not by this agreement be prevented or barred from rendering services of the same or similar nature, as herein described, or services of any nature whatsoever for, or on behalf of, persons, firms, or corporations other than the Company.
Non-Exclusive Engagement. You understand and agree that being a Service Retailer is a non-exclusive engagement. LIQWID may have or develop a direct relationship with a Client, and a Client may have or develop a relationship with other parties who offer and sell LIQWID Services. LIQWID will not be liable in any way for any contacts made by it or any other party with Clients, or for any sales or other business transactions made directly between a Client and LIQWID, or between a Client and any other party. You understand and agree that LIQWID may disassociate a Client Account with you upon request of the Client or upon termination of this Agreement for any reason and transfer the Client Account to a third party or establish a direct relationship with the Client.
Non-Exclusive Engagement. Broker acknowledges that it is not now and will not be the exclusive provider of goods and services to Pinnacle and that Pinnacle has made no representation as to any volume of Loan applications which it may accept or approve from Broker or from any other source. Pinnacle acknowledges that Broker has no obligation to provide Loan applications to Pinnacle. This Agreement is non-exclusive, and Broker is not required to meet any minimum volume requirements for Loan applications submitted to Pinnacle for approval. Pinnacleshall not be obligated to fund any Loans submitted by Xxxxxx, unless Xxxxxx receives written approval of the funding of a Loan from Pinnacle, which shall be at the sole discretion of Pinnacle.
Non-Exclusive Engagement. Standard Atlantic has no obligation to make its time and services available exclusively to SES, and Standard Atlantic may perform similar services for others at any time and from time to time.
Non-Exclusive Engagement. The Company hereby retains Phoenix to perform consulting and advisory services on a non-exclusive basis, and Phoenix hereby accepts such retention and agrees to do and perform consulting and advisory services upon the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Non-Exclusive Engagement.
