Non-Exclusive. The services of the Administrator rendered to the Trust are not deemed to be exclusive. The Administrator is free to render such services to others. The Administrator shall not be deemed to be affected by notice of, or to be under any duty to disclose to the Trust or Person acting on the Trust’s behalf, information which has come into its possession or the possession of an Interested Party in the course of or in connection with providing administrative or other services to any other person or in any manner whatsoever other than in the course of carrying out its duties pursuant to this Agreement.
Non-Exclusive. The parties acknowledge and agree that the execution of this Master Confirmation Agreement does not require them to document Transactions in accordance with this Master Confirmation Agreement.
Non-Exclusive. Company acknowledges that Authority has, or may hire, others to perform Services similar to or the same as that which is within Company's Scope of Work under this Contract. Company further acknowledges that this Contract is not a guarantee of the assignment of any work and that the assignment of work to others is solely within Authority discretion.

Nothing in this Agreement shall diminish or otherwise restrict, and this Agreement shall not be deemed exclusive of, the Indemnitee’s rights to indemnification or advancement of Expenses under any provision of the Delaware General Corporation Law or the Certificate of Incorporation of the Corporation or otherwise.

Non-Exclusive. The rights and authority conferred in this paragraph 7 shall not be exclusive of any other right which any Person may otherwise have or hereafter acquire.
Non-Exclusive. The rights granted to Partner hereunder are non-exclusive and nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to prohibit Exasol from entering into any alliance, referral, resale, end-user license or other agreement with any party anywhere in the world either during or after the Term of the Agreement.
Non-Exclusive. This agreement is not exclusive in any respect, and PLAN is entitled to enter into similar contracts with other DENTISTS. DENTIST is entitled to enter into similar contracts with other parties, or with other groups not represented by PLAN, and to maintain his private practice.
Non-Exclusive. Nothing in this section 9.7 shall affect the right of any party to serve legal process in any other manner permitted by Law or affect the right of a party to bring any action or proceeding against another party or its property in the courts of other jurisdictions.
Non-Exclusive. Nothing herein contained shall be construed as granting an exclusive use or right to the Franchisee to the Public Rights-of-Way, and the City may grant an additional franchise, lease or special privilege to any other applicant in its discretion for the same Public Rights-of-Way described herein. The Franchisee accepts the grant set forth above and agrees to operate and maintain the Solid Waste Collection Service in the Authorized Area in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
