No Representation. The Executive acknowledges that, other than as set forth in this General Release and the Agreement, (i) no promises have been made to him and (ii) in signing this General Release the Executive is not relying upon any statement or representation made by or on behalf of any Company Released Party and each or any of them concerning the merits of any claims or the nature, amount, extent or duration of any damages relating to any claims or the amount of any money, benefits, or compensation due the Executive or claimed by the Executive, or concerning the General Release or concerning any other thing or matter.
No Representation. By accepting delivery of any item required to be observed, performed or fulfilled or to be given to Lender pursuant to the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, any officer’s certificate, balance sheet, statement of profit and loss or other financial statement, survey, appraisal or insurance policy, Lender shall not be deemed to have warranted, consented to, or affirmed the sufficiency, legality, effectiveness or legal effect of the same, or of any term, provision or condition thereof, and such acceptance of delivery thereof shall not be or constitute any warranty, consent or affirmation with respect thereto by Lender.
No Representation. 7.8.1 The Tenant acknowledges that this Agreement has not been entered into in reliance wholly or partly on any statement or representation made by or on behalf of the Landlord except any such statement or representation expressly set out in this Agreement.
No Representation. The Parties acknowledge that in entering into this Agreement, they do not do so on the basis of, and do not rely on, any representations, warranties or other provisions except as expressly provided in this Agreement and all conditions, warranties and other terms implied by statute or common law are hereby excluded to the fullest extent, permitted by law.
No Representation. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your compliance with the requirements of the Regulation. We accept no obligation or liability in this regard, and make no representation as to the compliance of any arrangements with the requirements of the Regulation.
No Representation. Each of the Parties hereto hereby acknowledges that in entering into this Agreement it has not relied on any representation or warranty except as expressly set forth herein or in any document referred to herein.
No Representation. The Parties represent and acknowledge that in executing this Agreement, neither is relying upon any representation or statement not set forth in this Agreement or the Severance Pay Agreement.
No Representation. Neither LESSOR, LESSOR nor their respective agents have made any representation, warranty or promise with respect to the Premises, except as herein expressly set forth.
No Representation. By accepting delivery of any item required to be observed, performed or fulfilled or to be given to Mortgagee pursuant to the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, any officer's certificate, balance sheet, statement of profit and loss or other financial statement, survey, appraisal or insurance policy, Mortgagee shall not be deemed to have warranted, consented to, or affirmed the sufficiency, legality, effectiveness or legal effect of the same, or of any term, provision or condition thereof, and such acceptance of delivery thereof shall not be or constitute any warranty, consent or affirmation with respect thereto by Mortgagee.
No Representation. Neither party makes any representation that the limits, scope, or forms of insurance coverage this Lease requires are adequate or sufficient.
