SERVICES NON-EXCLUSIVE. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the Servicer from rendering or performing services similar to those provided for in this Agreement to or for itself or other persons, firms or companies or from carrying on business similar to or in competition with the business of the Mortgages Trustee and the Beneficiaries.
SERVICES NON-EXCLUSIVE. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the Cash Manager from rendering or performing services similar to those provided for in this Agreement to or for itself or other persons, firms or companies or from carrying on business similar to or in competition with the business of the Mortgages Trustee, Funding or the Security Trustee.

SERVICES NON-EXCLUSIVE. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the Director from rendering services similar to those provided for in this Agreement to other persons, firms or companies.
SERVICES NON-EXCLUSIVE. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the Administrator from rendering services similar to those provided for in this Agreement to other persons, firms or companies or from carrying on business similar to or in competition with the business of the CBC.
SERVICES NON-EXCLUSIVE. Manager will devote such time and efforts to the performance of the services contemplated hereby as Manager deems reasonably necessary or appropriate, provided that no minimum number of hours is required to be devoted on a weekly, monthly, annual or other basis. The Company and Opco (on behalf of themselves and the other members of the Company Group) hereby acknowledge that Manager’s services are not exclusive to the Company Group and that Manager will render similar services to other persons and entities.
SERVICES NON-EXCLUSIVE. CD&R Manager will devote such time and efforts to the performance of the services contemplated hereby as CD&R Manager deems reasonably necessary or appropriate, provided that no minimum number of hours is required to be devoted on a weekly, monthly, annual or other basis. The Company, Parent and Opco (on behalf of themselves and the other members of the Company Group) hereby acknowledge that CD&R Manager’s services are not exclusive to the Company Group and that CD&R Manager will render similar services to other persons and entities.
SERVICES NON-EXCLUSIVE. The Midwifery Services described in this Agreement are provided by the Practice Group on a non-exclusive basis to the TPA.
SERVICES NON-EXCLUSIVE. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent Sub-Adviser or any of its affiliates from providing investment advisory services or acting as an investment adviser or sub-adviser to other parties, including other investment management companies; provided, however, any such services do not materially impair the obligations of Sub-Adviser to the Adviser, the Trust, or the Fund under this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Adviser acknowledges and agrees the Sub-Adviser and its affiliates shall continue to furnish investment advisory services and act as an investment adviser to other parties, including other investment management companies, and that Sub-Adviser and any such affiliates shall be free at all times, in its sole discretion, to make recommendations to others which may be the same as, or may be different from, those made for the benefit of the Fund. Nothing in this Agreement shall impose any obligations upon the Sub-Adviser to purchase or sell, with respect to the Fund, any security which the Sub-Adviser or its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, or affiliates may purchase or sell for its own accounts or for any other customer of the Sub-Adviser.
SERVICES NON-EXCLUSIVE. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the Administrator from rendering services similar to those provided for in this Agreement to other persons, firms or companies carrying on business similar to the business of the Debt Guarantor or the Administrator's own business provided that the Administrator continues to give sufficient time and attention to its obligations in terms of this Agreement.
