MEMO OF UNDERSTANDING. Any communications that the Contract Manager for either party determines to be a communication that is intended to address more than just day-to-day concerns, but which do not modify the terms of this Contract, shall be documented by a written, numbered Memo of Understanding.
MEMO OF UNDERSTANDING. The Board of Education of Lockport Township High School District 205 (“Board”) and the District 205 Council American Federation of Teachers Local 604 AFL-CIO (“Union”) have reached the following understanding with respect to six percent (6%) creditable earnings for teachers and hereby acknowledge and agree that the parties’ understanding is fully and accurately set forth below.
MEMO OF UNDERSTANDING. In the event the State Board of Education adopts rules and regulations which become final regarding full inclusion, the Board will solicit input from the Association on ways to implement any mandates found in the rules and regulations. The Superintendent, at the direction of the Board, will issue a directive to all administrators that if any administrator wishes to evaluate any extra-curricular position performance, the evaluation shall be separate and not be part of the formal classroom evaluation process.
MEMO OF UNDERSTANDING. The District and the WAA will meet and bargain in good faith after the expiration of this contract regarding the steps and salary increments. For the time frame of November 1 through the third full week of January, seniority part time employees who are required to work a 6th punch will be paid time and one-half (1 ½) for all hours worked provided the employee has worked a minimum of seventeen and one-half (17 ½) hours the other five (5) days the current week. Memo of Understanding The parties agree, employees classified as 22.4 full-time combina- tion drivers require one (1) day notice of intended layoff.

Pension Fund Deferments Under 9.1(b) The Pension fund deferment will be available to employers for Residential Carpenters working on residential projects who join xxx Xxxxxxxxxx Union but are not already participants in the BTUPTF. Commercial Carpenters who are slotted in the apprenticeship program will also have the Pension Fund deferment available to employers.
MEMO OF UNDERSTANDING. There may be situations that arise during the length of this Agreement whereupon language is unclear to both the Guild and the City. When both sides agree a misunderstanding of the language exists, discussion and agreement may be reached and reduced to a written Memorandum of Understanding within thirty (30) days of the agreement. Any agreed upon and signed Memorandum of Understandings shall be sequentially numbered, (e.g., 2000-1) and titled for content (e.g., School Officers’ Hours).
