No Lock-Outs. Contractors shall not cause, incite, encourage, condone or participate in any lock-out of employees with respect to Project Work during the term of this PLA. The term "lock-out'' refers only to a Contractor's exclusion of employees in order to secure collective bargaining advantage, and does not refer to the discharge, termination or layoff of employees by the Contractor for any reason in the exercise of rights pursuant to any provision of this PLA, or any other agreement, nor does "lock-out" include the District's decision to stop, suspend or discontinue any Project Work or any portion thereof for any reason.
No Lock-Outs. The Employer will not lock out any employees during the term of this agreement. However, no relocation or permanent or partial closure of operations shall constitute a lockout for purposes of this Agreement.

The term “lock-out'' refers only to a Contractor's exclusion of employees in order to secure collective bargaining advantage, and does not refer to the discharge, termination, or lay off of employees by the Contractor for any reason in the exercise of rights pursuant to any provision of this CBA, or any other agreement, nor does “lock-out” include SDCCD’s decision to stop, suspend, or discontinue any Covered Project or any portion thereof for any reason.
No Lock-Outs. The Employer agrees that, during the term of this Agreement or any extension it will not or any employees and the Union agrees that during the of this Agreement or any thereof, there will be no strike, picketing, slow down or stoppage of work, either complete or partial. It is understood and that Employees covered by this Agreement shall not honour any picket lines at any location for which the Employer provides security services. Union and its its obligation under the Ontario Labour Relations Act to continue to work and perform their duties and discharge during a strike by the Employees of the Employer's clients. The Employer and Union agree that there shall be no discrimination in the hiring, upgrading, promotion,transfer, lay-off,discharge, discipline or of employees because of raw, religion, colour, age or national origin. The Employer and Union agree to the provisions of the Ontario Human Rights Code. The Employer it shall not interfere with, coerce or discriminate employees in their to become and remain members of the Union and to participate in its activities.
No Lock-Outs. The Company agrees that there shall be no lock-outs during the term of this Agreement.
No Lock-Outs. 4.01 The Company agrees that there shall be no lock outs and the Union agrees that there shall be no strikes, picketing, slowdown or work stoppage either complete or partial during the life of this Agreement.
