STRIKES AND LOCK-OUTS. 5.01 In view of the arrangements provided by this Agreement for the disposition of any grievance as herein provided, the Company agrees that there will be no lock-out of employees and the Union agrees there will be no strike, slow-down, sit-down or other action which interferes with work or operations, or picketing of any kind or form whatsoever, however peaceful.
STRIKES AND LOCK-OUTS. 6.01 There shall be no strikes or lock-outs so long as this Agreement continues to operate. The words "strike" and "lock-out" shall be as defined in The Labour Relations Act, R.S.O. 1980 c228 as amended.

The Contractor shall forthwith notify the Engineer of the commencing of any strike or lock-out and the Engineer on account of any delay caused thereby may, after consultation with the Employer, grant such extension of time as he considers reasonable without prejudice to the right of the Employer to exercise after the expiration of such reasonable extension of time the rights and powers under these Conditions in case of default by the Contractor.
STRIKES AND LOCK-OUTS. 6.1.0. There shall be no strike or lock-out during the term of this Agreement or of any renewal of this Agreement. Lock-out and strike shall have the same meaning as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended and Education Act R.S.O. 1990 as amended.

STRIKES AND LOCK-OUTS. 1. The Union agrees that there will be no strikes, slowdown, or suspension of work, picketing, or other collective action which will stop, curtail, interfere with, or affect work in the operation of the University, and that in the event of any such action taking place, the Union will instruct the employees involved to return to work and perform their usual duties and, if necessary, to resort to the Grievance Procedure established herein.

(2)4.1 In view of the previous harmonious relations between the parties, it is agreed that during the life of this Agreement, or while negotiations for renewal are in progress, there shall be no strikes, slowdowns, stoppages of work or other interference with the operation on the part of the members of the Bargaining Unit, or any lockouts on the part of the City.
