No Lock Sample Clauses
The "No Lock" clause establishes that neither party is restricted or prevented from engaging in similar agreements or negotiations with other parties. In practice, this means that while discussions or negotiations are ongoing, both parties retain the freedom to pursue other opportunities or enter into contracts with third parties for similar goods, services, or transactions. This clause is commonly used to ensure that neither side is bound exclusively or loses out on other potential business, thereby maintaining flexibility and preventing any unintended exclusivity during negotiations.
No Lock. The Machine and/or any part thereof shall not incorporate any lock, clock, timer, counter, copy protection feature, CPU serial number reference, or any other device which is intended to (i) prevent ISR from fully utilizing all or any part or software of the Machine; or (ii) require action or intervention by Supplier or any other person or entity, to allow ISR to utilize all or any part of the Machine.

No Lock. If Occupant’s Unit is unlocked at any time during the term of this Rental Agreement, Operator has the right, but not the obligation, to secure the Unit. If Operator chooses to lock Occupant’s Unit, such action shall not constitute a conversion of Occupant’s property or a denial of access to Occupant’s property, and Operator assumes no possession of or duty to protect, secure, or care for Occupant’s property by placing a lock on the Unit.
