NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. There shall be no strike or lock-out during the term of this Collective Agreement. The terms “strike” and “lock-out” shall be as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. 5.01 It is understood and agreed that there is to be no strike or lock-out during the lifetime of this Agreement, the definition of strike and lock-out as described in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. 7.01 The Employer agrees that during the life of the Agreement it will not cause or direct any lock-outs of its employees, and the Union agrees that during the life of the Agreement there will be no strikes or other collective action of employees covered by this Agreement, which will stop or interfere with production or services.
NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. (a) During the Term of this Agreement, no Employee bound by this Agreement shall strike, and no Employer shall lockout such Employee.
NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. 11.01 There shall be no strike or lock-out so long as this Agreement continues to operate.
NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. 31.01 There shall be no strike or lock-out during the term of this Collective Agreement. The words “strike” and “lock-out” shall be as defined by The Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995, as amended.
NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. (a) The union agrees that during the term of this agreement, there will be no strike, slowdown, or other stoppage of work. The Company agrees that there will be no lockout of employees during the term of this agreement. No officer or representative of the Union shall authorize, instigate, aid or condone any such activities. No members shall participate in any such activities.
NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. 6.01 The Union agrees that there will be no strike or collective action designed to restrict or limit output by the employees represented by the Union and if such action should be taken by the employees, the Union will instruct the said employees to return to work and perform their usual duties forthwith and resort to the grievance procedure established herein for the settlement of any complaint or grievance. Should there be a violation of this section, there shall be no discussion or negotiation of the matter in dispute between the said Corporation and the Union until normal work has been resumed.
NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. 4.01 The Union agrees that there will be no strike, and the Company agrees that there will be no lock-out during the term of this Agreement. The word "Strike" and the word "Lock-out" shall be deemed to have the meaning given to these words in the Ontario Labour Relations Act, as amended.
