NMT Grades and Levels Grade. 1 Level 1 A person employed by the Company who has provisional registration under the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia and is undertaking a clinical placement following the completion of their qualification. Grade 1 Level 2 A person who has registration under the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia (AHPRA registration), who works under the general direction of a senior NMT. With experience they should be capable of participating in on call work. Grade 1 Level 3 A NMT who is able to work independently and is competent in all areas of general nuclear medicine, including lab, cardiac and therapy procedures, and has a basic understanding of PET CT. A knowledge of basic equipment problem solving is expected. Grade 1 Level 4 A NMT who in addition to fulfilling the Grade 1, Level 3 requirements demonstrates an understanding and responsibility in quality control (QC) activities Grade 1 Level 5 A NMT with a minimum of 3 years post graduation experience in addition to fulfilling the criteria of a Grade 1 Level 4 NMT. Grade 2 Level 1 A NMT competent in all areas of nuclear medicine and PET CT, who demonstrates good problem solving ability and initiative. They will have additional responsibilities such as student training and the day to day operations of a nuclear medicine camera or PET CT. Grade 2 Level 2 A NMT who in addition to fulfilling the Grade 2 Level 1 requirements are responsible for stock control as well as being able to co-ordinate collection of quality control (QC) and patient data to Accreditation standards. A higher level of equipment knowledge and problem solving is expected than a Grade 2 Level 1 NMT. Grade 2 Level 3 A NMT who in addition to fulfilling the Grade 2 Level 2 requirements demonstrates a high level of knowledge, experience and problem solving ability as well as providing leadership to other NMTs in nuclear medicine and PET CT. Must be able to provide guidance, training and education for other staff groups. Grade 2 Level 4 A NMT with a minimum of 10 years post graduation experience. In addition to fulfilling the Grade 2 Level 3 requirements, demonstrates a high level of leadership and an ability to manage day to day operations.   • Student Grades Teachers have the responsibility for assigning student grades as earned by the student through established criteria. Teachers also have the responsibility to maintain records that reflect criteria for those grades given.

There shall be four performance ratings:  Exemplary: the Educator’s performance consistently and significantly exceeds the requirements of a standard or overall. The rating of exemplary on a standard indicates that practice significantly exceeds proficient and could serve as a model of practice on that standard district-wide.  Proficient: the Educator’s performance fully and consistently meets the requirements of a standard or overall. Proficient practice is understood to be fully satisfactory.

  • PRIORITY RATING If so identified, this Contract is a "rated order" certified for national defense, emergency preparedness, and energy program use, and SELLER shall follow all the requirements of the Defense Priorities and Allocation System Regulation (15 C.F.R. Part 700).

  • Ratings No “nationally recognized statistical rating organization” as such term is defined for purposes of Rule 436(g)(2) (i) has imposed (or has informed the Company that it is considering imposing) any condition (financial or otherwise) on the Company’s retaining any rating assigned to the Company or any securities of the Company or (ii) has indicated to the Company that it is considering any of the actions described in Section 7(c)(ii) hereof.

  • Insurance Carrier Rating Coverages provided by Contractor must be underwritten by an insurance company deemed acceptable to the State of Washington’s Office of Risk Management. Insurance coverage shall be provided by companies authorized to do business within the State of Washington and rated A- Class VII or better in the most recently published edition of Best’s Insurance Rating. Enterprise Services reserves the right to reject all or any insurance carrier(s) with an unacceptable financial rating.
