Ratings definition

Ratings. As of any date of determination, the ratings, if any, of the Certificates as assigned by the Rating Agencies.
Ratings means the ratings from time to time established by the Rating Agencies for senior, unsecured, non-credit-enhanced long-term debt of the Company.
Ratings means the ratings from time to time established by the Ratings Agencies for long term, senior, unsecured, non-credit enhanced debt of the Borrower.

Ratings. No variation or waiver of this Agreement shall be made if the same would adversely affect the then-current ratings of any of the Notes.
