Ratings definition

Ratings. As of any date of determination, the ratings, if any, of the Certificates as assigned by the Rating Agencies.
Ratings means the ratings from time to time established by the Rating Agencies for senior, unsecured, non-credit-enhanced long-term debt of the Company.
Ratings. No variation or waiver of this Agreement shall be made if the same would adversely affect the then-current ratings of any of the Notes.

More Definitions of Ratings

Ratings means the ratings of Moody’s and S&P applicable to the Borrower’s long-term senior unsecured debt.
Ratings means the rating assigned by S&P or Moody's to the Borrower based on the Borrower's senior, unsecured, non-credit enhanced obligations.
Ratings means the actual or implied senior unsecured non-credit enhanced debt ratings of Arrow in effect from time to time by Moody’s or S&P, as the case may be, the bank debt rating of Arrow in effect from time to time by Moody’s or the corporate credit rating of Arrow in effect from time to time by S&P.
Ratings means as of any date of determination, the corporate credit rating as determined by S&P, the corporate family rating as determined by Moody’s or the corporate credit rating as determined by Fitch, as applicable, of the Borrower.
