Examples of Priority Rating in a sentence

  • If there is a disagreement between the Parties as to the Priority Rating and proper implementation of such Expected Remediation, then the Parties shall immediately discuss in good faith to agree upon the proper Priority Rating and proper implementation or remediation, and in the event there is no agreement within one hour of such discussion, then the highest priority rating shall be assigned and SpinCo or its service provider shall implement an update or remediate a vulnerability accordingly.
