Accreditation Standards. The services to be performed under this contract shall meet standards required by the Joint Commission, Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services or other accrediting or certifying organizations, as appropriate.

Accreditation Standards. The services provided hereunder are designed to meet the applicable requirements stated in PH.1 through PH.11.3 of the Standards for the Accreditation of Home Care-Pharmaceutical Services of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations ("JCAHO"). In the performance of this Agreement the parties shall conform to the policies, standards and requirements of JCAHO, to the extent applicable.
Accreditation Standards. The Board will comply with all accreditation standards established by the Idaho State Board of Education. PPSEL will use one or more of the following standards as required by law: • Idaho Elementary/Secondary Accreditation Standards, dated October 17, 1996 • Northwest Accreditation Standards • Idaho School Accreditation School Improvement Model
Accreditation Standards. The Board will comply with all accreditation standards established by the Idaho State Board of Education. AHCS will use Northwest Accreditation Standards along with a continuous school improvement plan (See Appendix N) as required by 08.02.02.140.

The member economy under review must continue to be compliant with the requirements stipulated in FEIAP Engineering Education Accreditation System Model Framework for Engineer: • Graduate Outcomes Specification; • Education Environment; • Program Design, Structure, Content and Assessment Processes; • Quality Systems.
Accreditation Standards. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable local, state and federal licensing and accrediting standards, required by law and necessary in the performance of this Contract.
Accreditation Standards. 6.3.1 All Quality Control activities, including checks, reviews, inspections, monitoring, calibrations, samples, tests and trials, shall be carried out by agencies, personnel and laboratories that are duly accredited for the carrying out of such activities.
Accreditation Standards. 1. The Concessionaire shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining the NABH accreditation in accordance with latest revised guidelines of NABH. For the purpose of this Schedule 15, NABH accreditation means the public recognition by NABH and the term ‘NABH accredited’ wherever used in the Agreement shall be construed accordingly.
