Mobile Device Application. If Customer chooses to download and use the mobile device application, Customer’s use of the application shall be subject to the additional usage terms governing such application located within the application service provider’s user interface.

Mobile Device Application. If you install or use any of our mobile applications, software and services, including any accompanying documentation (collectively, "App"), we grant you a limited right to install and use the App on a single authorized device located in the United States and its territories or in another country where we may offer the App, if applicable. You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial, educational and entertainment purposes only. We do not grant you any rights to any related documentation, support, upgrades, maintenance or other enhancements to the App. We will not provide you with any device, internet access or wireless connection to use the App. We are not responsible for any interaction between you and another App user, or information you transmit through the App (including your location). If you access the App using an Apple iOS or Android powered device, Apple Inc. or Google, Inc., and their subsidiaries, respectively, shall be a third-party beneficiary to this contract and you agree that these third-party beneficiaries have the right to enforce this Agreement and its Terms against you. However, these third- party beneficiaries are not a party to this Agreement and are not responsible for the provision or support of the App. You agree that your access to the App also shall be subject to the usage terms set forth in the applicable third-party beneficiary’s terms of service. The App may automatically download and install updates from time to time or require the downloading and installation of updates or new versions for continued use. You acknowledge that in some instances, updates and/or new versions may reduce or remove features and functionality in prior versions of the App. NO WARRANTIES USAFB AND ITS PARTNERS DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE NOR DO USAFB OR ITS PARTNERS MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES. Mobile Device Application. You are responsible for any requirements of our mobile applications, including any updates and fees. You are also responsible for compliance with the terms of your agreement with your mobile device and telecommunications providers. We may provide you with alerts related to your XXXX.xx Account. You authorize us to send alerts by text message to your mobile phone at the number you have provided us. Any change to your mobile phone number will change our ability to provide you with alerts. You should notify us immediately of any change to your mobile phone number. Certain alert delays are outside our control. We are not responsible for the products and services provided by your mobile device or telecommunications provider.

  • Mobile Application If Red Hat offers products and services through applications available on your wireless or other mobile Device (such as a mobile phone) (the "Mobile Application Services"), these Mobile Application Services are governed by the applicable additional terms governing such Mobile Application Service. Red Hat does not charge for these Mobile Application Services unless otherwise provided in the applicable additional terms. However, your wireless carrier's standard messaging rates and other messaging, data and other rates and charges will apply to certain Mobile Application Services. You should check with your carrier to find out what plans your carrier offers and how much the plans cost. In addition, the use or availability of certain Mobile Application Services may be prohibited or restricted by your wireless carrier, and not all Mobile Application Services may work with all wireless carriers or Devices. Therefore, you should check with your wireless carrier to find out if the Mobile Application Services are available for your wireless Device, and what restrictions, if any, may be applicable to your use of such Mobile Application Services.

  • Notice, Application The Agent shall have received (with, in the case of the initial Revolving Loan only, a copy for each Bank) a Notice of Borrowing or a Notice of Conversion/Continuation, as applicable or in the case of any Issuance of any Letter of Credit, the Issuing Bank and the Agent shall have received an L/C Application or L/C Amendment Application, as required under Section 3.2;

Each of Sky and Metropolitan shall have the right to review in advance, and to the extent practicable each will consult with the other, in each case subject to applicable laws relating to the exchange of information, with respect to, and shall be provided in advance so as to reasonably exercise its right to review in advance, all material written information submitted to any third party or any Governmental Authority or Regulatory Authority in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. In exercising the foregoing right, each of the parties hereto agrees to act reasonably and as promptly as practicable. Each party hereto agrees that it will consult with the other party hereto with respect to the obtaining of all material permits, consents, approvals and authorizations of all third parties and Governmental Authorities or Regulatory Authorities necessary or advisable to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and each party will keep the other party apprised of the status of material matters relating to completion of the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • Listing Application If shares of any class of stock of the Company shall be listed on a national securities exchange, the Company shall, at its expense, include in its listing application all of the shares of the listed class then owned by any Investor.

  • Network Interface Device (NID) 2.7.1 The NID is defined as any means of interconnection of end-user customer premises wiring to BellSouth’s distribution plant, such as a cross-connect device used for that purpose. The NID is a single-line termination device or that portion of a multiple-line termination device required to terminate a single line or circuit at the premises. The NID features two independent xxxxxxxx or divisions that separate the service provider’s network from the end user’s customer-premises wiring. Each chamber or division contains the appropriate connection points or posts to which the service provider and the end user each make their connections.
