System Integration. Company and Operators will interface with Bank or its Card Processor and Credit Processor(s) via an integration method to be mutually agreed by the Parties, and at Company’s sole cost. Company shall establish such additional connections as reasonably requested by Bank at Company’s expense.

System Integration. Boeing's performance as Project Manager will include the functions of systems integrator (Systems Integrator). As Systems Integrator Boeing will perform the following functions: A. As required, assist Suppliers in defining their system specifications for the IFE/CCS, approve such specifications and develop an overall system functional specification; B. Coordinate Boeing, Customer and Supplier teams to ensure sufficient Supplier and Supplier sub system testing and an overall cabin system acceptance test are included in the Program Plan; and C. Organize and conduct technical coordination meetings with Customer and Suppliers to review responsibilities, functionality, Aircraft installation requirements and overall program schedule, direction and progress.

System Integration. The Integration Specialist will configure the Monroe EAS according to the data provided on the completed Site Readiness Form, including the radio stations to tune, the IP address of the System, and the multicast address and data rate for the optional EAS MPEG2 encoder. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Software will then be configured to be triggered by the EAS system, and broadcast the audio and video signals to a configured EAS channel. System Integration. From and after the date hereof, subject to applicable law and regulation, MBI shall cause Marquis Bank and its directors, officers and employees to, and shall make all commercially reasonable best efforts (without undue disruption to either business) to cause Marquis Bank’s data processing consultants and software providers to, cooperate and assist Marquis Bank and Professional Bank in connection with an electronic and systematic conversion of all applicable data of Marquis Bank to the PHC system following the Effective Time, including the training of Marquis Bank employees without undue disruption to Marquis Bank’s business, during normal business hours and at the expense of PHC (not to include Marquis Bank’s standard employee payroll).

System Integration. From the date hereof until the Effective Time, Home shall cause Home Federal Bank and its directors, officers and employees to, and shall make all commercially reasonable best efforts (without undue disruption to either business) to cause Home Federal Bank’s data processing consultants and software providers to, cooperate and assist Home Federal Bank and Cascade Bank in connection with the planned electronic and systematic conversion of all applicable data of Home Federal Bank to the Cascade Bank system to occur after the Effective Time, including the training of Home Federal Bank employees without undue disruption to Home Federal Bank’s business, during normal business hours and at the expense of Cascade or Cascade Bank (not to include Home Federal Bank’s employee payroll).

System Integration. The Integration Specialist will configure the System according to the data provided on the completed Site Readiness Form, including the IP address all of the necessary credentials from the Recommendations Provider. The Integration Specialist will demonstrate that the communication is established between the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ System and the Recommendations server. As required by the Recommendations Provider, the Integration Specialist will demonstrate that the systems exchange customer and asset information from the System by establishing an FTP connection between the two systems. The Integration Specialist will also verify that usage data is transferred from the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ system to the Recommendations system, and that VOD user interface displays recommendations from the Recommendations server. The Integration Specialist will also configure static recommendations as a fall back solution and confirm that those VOD assets are correctly populated in the Recommended tab of the VOD section.

System Integration. Depending on the implemented features, Relay requires varying levels of integration with other Chula Vista components. These are described in the following sections.

System Integration. The Integration Specialist will configure the Analytics System according to the data provided on the completed Site Readiness Form, including the public IP address for Analytics WS. The Integration Specialist will install both the Analytics WS and Analytics RS and configure it to communicate with the existing ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ BackOffice. The Integration Specialist will demonstrate that the end user device is sending data to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Analytics WS server and that reports are updated with user events on a daily basis for several days after the installation. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will also review the Reporting User Interface with Customer to ensure all reports are functioning and updated daily. ● A public IP address with a hostname for the Analytics WS (for event collection)
