Brand Name Drugs definition

Brand Name Drugs means a Prescription Drug for which a pharmaceutical company has received a patent or trade name, and is under patent protection.
Brand Name Drugs. The proprietary name a manufacturer places on a Drug Product or its container.
Brand Name Drugs means all single-sourced drugs and multisource brand drugs as set forth in First Databank’s National Drug Data File or such other nationally recognized source, as reasonably determined by Medco.
