App User definition

App User means any person authorised by you to access the DBS MAX Service via the DBS MAX App and shall be deemed to be a User.

App User is a person with a unique User ID on the mobile app portion of the Software.

As used in this Clause 1.1, “controlling interest” means, with respect to any form of entity, sufficient power to control the decisions of such entity; Charges" has the meaning set out in clause 9.1;
