App User means an individual that has been authorized by Customer to use a Customer App. Customer remains liable for the compliance of its App Users with this Agreement.

App User is a person with a unique User ID on the mobile app portion of the Software.

• Except as otherwise specified, these user license types are applied x Microbizz Full User entitles a user with full access rights to all licensed functions within Microbizz, both using Web and App x Microbizz App User entitles a user with access rights to all licensed functions within the Microbizz App x Microbizz Passive User entitles a user registered in Microbizz but not allowed to use Microbizz.

As used in this Clause 1.1, “controlling interest” means, with respect to any form of entity, sufficient power to control the decisions of such entity; Charges" has the meaning set out in clause 9.1;
