Prior Versions. Prior versions of the Software may be installed on the same computer with a properly licensed current version of Software. A Prior version may be used by a properly licensed user in place of the current version of the software. The prior version is not an additional license of the Software, it may be used only as a substitute for the current version.
Prior Versions. You may install prior versions of the Test Studio Product Package on the same machine on which you have installed, and on which your Authorized Users are using, a current version of the Test Studio Product Package under the terms of a Paid License. A prior version may be used by your Authorized Users in place of the current version of the Test Studio Product Package. We do not grant you an additional license to use the prior version of the Test Studio Product Package; the prior version may be used only as a substitute for the current version subject to the terms and conditions of the Paid License except that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this XXXX, we make no warranties and assume no indemnification obligations to you, your Permitted End Users or any other party with respect to any prior version.
Prior Versions. Owner represents and warrants that no motion picture or dramatic version of the Work or any part thereof has been authorized or produced; no development or production based on the Work or any part thereof has been authorized, produced, presented or broadcast on radio or television; and no written or oral agreement or commitment whatsoever with respect to the Work or any rights therein have heretofore been made or entered into by or on behalf of Owner; none of the rights herein granted and assigned, or purported to be granted and assigned, to Purchaser have been granted or assigned to any other person.
Prior Versions. Maintenance is available for the current Major Version of the Software and the previous Major Version thereof and any Major Version shall be supported for at least one (1) year. Any version will only run on such hardware and operating systems as are expressly certified by iGrafx.
Prior Versions. Agilos obligations with respect to Maintenance are expressly conditioned upon the installation and use by the End User of either: (i) the most current Version of the Software; or (ii) the immediately preceding Version of the Software.

GREENLIGHT’s obligations with respect to Maintenance Services are expressly conditioned upon the installation and use by Customer of either: (i) the most current version of the Software; or (ii) the immediately preceding New Release, for a period of twelve (12) months after the most current New Release is made available to the Customer.

ALERT’s obligations with respect to Maintenance Services are expressly conditioned upon the installation and use by Customer of either: (i) the most current version of the Software; or (ii) the immediately preceding New Release, for a period of twelve (12) months after the most current New Release is made available to the Customer.
Prior Versions. You may use Prior Versions of the Software with a proper license instead of the current version of the Software. By using a Prior Version, you accept that (i) the Prior Version you are using may have errors, (ii) Wiris cannot guarantee full compatibility with current or future operating systems or third-party applications, (iii) Wiris will provide technical support to Prior Versions, (iv) Prior Versions are no longer updated or maintained, no new features, fixes or enhancements will be introduced, and (v) you may need to update your version of the Software to solve a technical problem.
Prior Versions. It is in ABB’s sole discretion whether to maintain providing prior versions of a Service and/or Software for a certain time period and ABB will use reasonable endeavors to notify You if it does maintain providing prior versions of the Service and/or Software.
Prior Versions. Writer represents and warrants that, to the best of its knowledge, no motion picture or dramatic version of the Property or any part thereof has been authorized or produced; no development or production based on the Property or any part thereof has been authorized, produced, presented or broadcast on radio or television or video or internet productions; and no written or oral agreement or commitment whatsoever with respect to the rights to reproduce or license the reproduction of the Property, or the right to use or license the use of materials contained in the Property for presentation either in audio or visual format or both, through radio, motion picture, television or otherwise therein have heretofore been made or entered into by or on behalf of Writer; none of the rights herein granted and/or assigned, or purported to be granted and/or assigned, to Producer have been granted and/or assigned to any other person.
