Minimum Call-Out Time. (a) Employees who are called out to work outside their regular working hours without receiving more than 24 hours notice shall be paid for a minimum of four hours at overtime rates and shall be paid from the time they leave home to report for duty until they arrive back upon proceeding directly from work.

Minimum Call-Out Time a) Employees called out by the Secretary-Treasurer of the Board, or his authorized representative, for work outside of their regular scheduled hours shall be guaranteed a minimum of two (2) hours pay at double time. This guarantee shall not apply to time worked immediately preceding or immediately following the employee's regularly scheduled hours.
Minimum Call-Out Time. The payment for a call-out shall be the applicable wage but payment shall not be less than the equivalent of two (2) hours at the applicable wage. The minimum payment shall not apply when the overtime is continuous with normal working hours. On Saturday, Sunday and a Recognized Holiday the payment shall be not less than the equivalent of two (2) hours at double time.
Minimum Call-Out Time. (a) An employee who is called out and who commences work shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1½x) times for all time worked with a minimum of four (4) hours of time to be paid. The rate for Sundays and Statutory Holidays shall be double (2x) the regular rate for the employee. Time worked on call-out shall not count for the computation of hours worked for overtime purposes.

  • Minimum Call (a) Should an employee report for work on a regular scheduled basis and there is no work available, they shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours’ pay at their regular rate.

  • Minimum Call-Back Time An employee who is called in and required to work outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates unless the call-in is immediately prior to their normal work day, in which case there should be no minimum.

  • Minimum Call-In Time Any employee called in to work on a day when the employee is not scheduled to work shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate of pay under this Agreement.

  • Maximum Contract Amount 4.4.1. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the City’s maximum payment obligation will not exceed ($_) (the “Maximum Contract Amount”).   • Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor must file all claims for visible or concealed damage. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, deliveries must consist only of new and unused merchandise.

  • Maximum Commitment The maximum aggregate amount payable by NYSERDA to the Contractor shall be the amount appearing at Item 5 of page one of this Agreement. NYSERDA shall not be liable for any costs or expenses in excess of such amount incurred by the Contractor in the performance and completion of the Work.
