Call-Out Pay Sample Clauses

Call-Out Pay. An employee who has already left the premises of the Company after completion of his scheduled shift, and who is recalled for work, shall be paid double his regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on recall up to the starting time of his scheduled shift but, in any event, he shall be paid for not less than two (2) hours at double his regular straight time hourly rate.

Call-Out Pay. Employees called out for work at other than the regular starting time shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours' pay at the employee's applicable rate.
Call-Out Pay. Any employee called out to work outside of his shift shall receive a minimum of four hours pay at the appropriate rate, including any applicable premium. This does not apply to time worked as an extension (before or after) of the employee’s normal shift.

Call-Out Pay. When an employee is required to return to his or her job after the completion of, or prior to, his or her shift, he or she shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours at time and one-half (1-1/2), or the hours worked, whichever is greater. Employees who are directed to work from home, shall be entitled to this call out pay even though they do not leave their premises.
