Meetings and Reports. The Service Provider shall attend any and all meetings in connection with the Services at which the Service Provider's attendance is required by SANBS whether such meetings are scheduled or convened on an ad hoc basis. The Service Provider shall also compile and deliver to SANBS the reports required by SANBS in relation to the Services, whether such reports are required on a regular or ad hoc basis (See Annexure A hereto).

FEES, INVOICING AND PAYMENT Payment of the Service Provider invoices shall be made by SANBS within 30 (thirty) days of receipt thereof by SANBS. SANBS may withhold any amounts or portion thereof that it disputes in good faith. The Parties agree that they will endeavour to resolve the dispute within 10 (ten) Business Days. The Service Provider will provide the required supporting documentation as and when requested by SANBS. The failure of SANBS to pay a disputed invoice, or to pay the disputed part of an invoice, shall not constitute a breach or default by SANBS. Should the Parties be unable to resolve the dispute within the required timeframe the dispute will be dealt with in terms of clause of this Agreement. All Fees detailed in this Agreement are exclusive of VAT or any other tax (excluding income tax), levy or import duty payable by the Service Provider in connection therewith.
Meetings and Reports. L6.02 The initial meeting shall be held prior to October 31 in each school year, with two subsequent meetings held, one by January 31 and the last meeting by May 31. During such meeting, AstraZeneca will disclose to Moderna a summary of all material information regarding such Development and Commercialization.
Meetings and Reports. Working meetings between INRAE and the PARTNER shall be held every six (6) months. In addition, INRAE shall send to PARTNER, (...) interim reports at the following dates: - ................................. - ................................. - ................................. and a final summary report in the month preceding the expiration or early termination of the Contract.

(A) AAML will be available for regular meetings with AAMAL to discuss the latest investment report and the performance of and future investment policy for the investments of each Fund, as well as to review any aspect of the services provided under the Agreements. Meetings and Reports. The Parties shall meet at a site designated by Company or by teleconference every month (or more or less frequently upon mutual agreement), to discuss the progress of the Project and Physician’s progress in meeting the Milestones. Approximately every two weeks, unless otherwise mutually agreed, Physician agrees to present to Company a written status report of the Project and its progress, on a task-by-task basis, including, without limitation, Physician hours expended, budget and schedule and any impediments to the timely completion of the Project, all sufficiently in advance to permit Company to compensate for or to overcome or work around such impediment. Company will provide a written update of minutes and designs prior and after meetings. Company shall provide Physician with supplies and equipment reasonably necessary to participate in such meetings, which may include, at Company’s discretion with input from Physician, a secure website by which Physician could review engineering models and web based cameras to allow for remote communications.
