Living Away From. Home Allowance (LAFHA) Where a FIFO employee is provided with accommodation but is responsible for providing their own meals, laundry etc, a Living Away From Home Allowance (LAFHA) will be paid, upon completion and submission of an appropriate LAFHA declaration. Where the Company, with due notice, takes a decision to vary the living arrangements of FIFO personnel and, for example, introduces an alternative accommodation model where meals and laundry are provided, this allowance will cease.   • Tax Periods Beginning Before and Ending After the Closing Date The Company or the Purchaser shall prepare or cause to be prepared and file or cause to be filed any Returns of the Company for Tax periods that begin before the Closing Date and end after the Closing Date.
