Meals and Accommodation. When approved in advance by MSH Assistance up to $200 per day to a maximum of $2,800 for your commercial accommodation, meals, essential telephone calls, internet fees, bus or taxi fare, or rental car in lieu, and childcare costs for your dependent children up to age 18 (excluding childcare provided by an immediate family member), if, upon a physician’s advice:
Meals and Accommodation. Meals and accommodation subject to the maximum stated in the Schedule, ($150.00 per day for 10 days) will be reimbursed for the extra costs of commercial accommodation and meals incurred by the Insured Person when the Insured Person remains with a Travelling Companion or Dependent, when the Trip is delayed or interrupted due to an Illness or Injury to a Travelling Companion or Dependent. The Illness or Injury must be verified in writing by the attending Physician and the expenses for meals and accommodations must be supported with original receipts from commercial organizations.
Meals and Accommodation. If your return to Canada is delayed due to an emergency, this insurance covers the cost for meals and accommodation expenses incurred after your planned return date up to $200 per day to a maximum of ten (10) days per trip, for all insured persons combined.
Meals and Accommodation. The insurer agrees to reimburse up to $150 per day to a maximum of $1,500, or up to a maximum 10 days in the event you (or your insured travelling companion) are confined to hospital on the date on which you are scheduled to return home. The insurer will reimburse for commercial accommodation, meals, child care costs (children under age 18, or physically or mentally handicapped travelling companion(s) who rely on you for assistance), essential telephone calls and taxi fares incurred by you or any insured travelling companion. We will only reimburse these expenses if you have actually paid for them.
Meals and Accommodation. An employee required to travel outside the UFV region on UFV business will be reimbursed for reasonable expenses for meals, accommodation and other legitimate requirements of the employee. Claims for such expenses must be accompanied by receipts.
Meals and Accommodation. Employees may be required to work in localities that result in their being away from their normal place of residence overnight. In these instances, the Employer shall provide meals and accommodation to an acceptable standard.

With regard to paragraphs vi), vii) and viii), the Medical Assistance Service will pay expenses incurred for meals and accommodation up to one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) per day for a maximum of seven (7) days. Receipts must be provided for these expenses before the Medical Assistance Service issues a reimbursement.
Meals and Accommodation a. Employees are required to seek approval for hotel accommodation. The principles by which the Society approves requests are outlined in the Society’s policy on Hotel Accommodation. Reimbursement for accommodation will be for single accommodation in a standard room and gratuities to a maximum of 15% of the invoice price will be reimbursed.
Meals and Accommodation. 28.01 All employees when on assignment, required to travel and obtain accommodation at least one hundred and sixty (160) kilometers or more from their place of employment, may apply and receive an advance of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day for expenses from which meals, accommodation, travel and ground transportation shall be paid by the employee. Meal expenses shall be refunded to a maximum of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day. Receipts for meals and accommodation expenses shall be submitted to the Society by the employee within two (2) weeks of the event. The employer reserves the right to restrict expenses if they are found excessive.
Meals and Accommodation. During the trips to the games the employer is liable to cover the expenses arising from adequate meals and possible accommodation for players.
