Linking External Accounts. You may link your Atlas Card Account to an external bank account you have with another financial institution in the U.S. or a U.S. territory where we offer the Atlas Card Account. We will call that other account a linked external account (Linked External Account). You can use your respective Linked External Accounts to transfer money to your Atlas Account. You may only use a Linked External Account that you own. We may also permit you to use a Linked External Account you own to make payments on any Card, at our sole discretion. Any Linked External Account that is linked to your Atlas Card Account must be owned by you and must be a personal account (not a business or commercial account) held at a U.S. financial institution. Any request to establish a Linked External Account is subject to our verification and approval. In our discretion, we may limit the number of Linked External Accounts linked to your Atlas Card Account at one time, block any transactions requested with your Linked External Account, or disconnect any Linked External Account. In order to link a Linked External Account to your Atlas Card Account, you may be required to provide certain information about your Linked External Account to our service provider, Plaid, or its successor, and may be required to accept the service provider’s additional terms and conditions in order to use this feature.
Linking External Accounts. If enabled by Platform for your Deposit Account, you may link your Deposit Account with us or an external account at a third-party financial institution (“Linked External Account”) for online transfers between your Deposit Account(s) and your Linked External Account. If enabled by Platform for your Deposit Account, you may link an account with your Deposit Account by (i) logging into your financial institution on the Platform App, or (ii) by providing the account and routing details for the external account and verifying the two (2) micro deposits we send to your external account the next business day. We may also verify your control of the external account by requiring you to submit proof of ownership of the external account(s). All Linked External Accounts must be with financial institutions in the United States. We may decline the use of any external account that we believe may present a risk to you and/or us. By linking your external account to your Deposit Account, and by subsequently logging into your Linked External Account(s) through the Platform App, you authorize us to view your Linked External Account history and profile, including, but not limited to, your Linked External Account and routing details, authentication details, balance, transaction history, contact information, and other related information made available by such external financial institution; and you understand this information may be used to transact on your behalf and perform other services subject to our Privacy Policy. When adding an external account, you represent and warrant that you are the owner of, and have the right to access, use and authorize us to use, the external account for information and funds transfer purposes. If any of your Linked External Accounts has a joint account holder, you represent and warrant that the joint account holder has consented for you to represent both you and them, and to use the Linked External Account with the Platform services. If you do not have such consent, you should not use that external account and we will terminate your use of the linking service if we are notified of such a situation. Linking External Accounts. You or an Authorized User may link your Secured Account or a Sub- Account to an external personal (not a business or commercial account) bank account you or the Authorized User has with another financial institution in the U.S. or a U.S. territory where we offer the Step Account (a “Linked External Account”). You or the Authorized User can use your respective Linked External Accounts to transfer money to or from your Secured Account or, in the case of an Authorized User, the Sub-Account they are authorized to use. You may only use a Linked External Account that you own and link to the Step Account to make these transactions. We may also permit you to use a Linked External Account you own to make payments on any Step Card (or in the case of an Authorized User, a Step Card they are authorized to use), in our sole discretion. Any request to establish a Linked External Account is subject to our verification and approval. In order to link a Linked External Account to your Step Account, you or the Authorized User may be required to provide certain information about your Linked External Account to our service provider or its successor, and may be required to accept the service provider’s additional terms and conditions in order to use this feature. In our discretion, we may limit the number of Linked External Accounts linked to your Step Account at one time, block any transactions requested with your Linked External Account, or disconnect any Linked External Account. We may charge a fee for transfers from a Linked External Account to your Step Account that do not meet a certain dollar threshold (“Minimum Funding Amount”). For any transfer that does not meet or exceed the Minimum Funding Amount, a fee may be imposed on such transfer as described in the Fee Schedule. We are not responsible for and you understand that there may be certain system limitations or outages in the service from time to time. authorize the Program Manager and its service providers to access and view your External Account history and profile data, including, but not limited to, your account and routing details, authentication details, balance, transaction history, contact information, and other related non-public personal information made available by such external financial institution; and you understand this information may be used to transact on your behalf and perform other services subject to the Program Manager’s Privacy Policy and you hereby authorize Program Manager and its service providers to do the same. Linking External Accounts. If enabled by Platform for your Account, Synapse Brokerage may enable you to link an account with Synapse Brokerage or an external account, including an external payment card, at a third-party financial institution for transfers between your linked account(s) and your Account.
15.3.1. If enabled by Platform, you may link your account(s) with your Account for transfers by logging into your financial institution on the Platform Mobile App, or by providing the account and routing details for such account and verifying the two (2) micro deposits we send to your linked account the next business day. We may also verify your control of the external account by requiring you to submit proof of ownership of the external account(s). By linking your external account to your Account, and by subsequently logging into your external account(s) through the Platform Mobile App, you authorize Platform and Synapse Brokerage to view your account history and profile, including, but not limited to, your account and routing details, authentication details, balance, transaction history, contact information, and other related information made available by such external financial institution. By logging into your external account, you understand this information may be used to transact on your behalf and perform other services subject to Synapse Privacy Policy. If any of your linked accounts has a joint account holder, you represent and warrant that the joint account holder has consented for you to represent both you and them. Synapse Brokerage is not responsible for any acts or omissions by the external financial institution or other provider of any aggregated external bank account, including, without limitation, any modification, interruption, or discontinuance of any aggregated external bank account by such financial institution, service provider or Platform or Platform Mobile App.

Program Manager may from time to time, via the Website or Mobile App, permit you to link your Account to one or more external accounts at a third-party financial institution (each, an “External Account”) to facilitate online transfers between your linked External Account(s) and your Account. You may link your External Account(s) with your Account by logging into and following the procedures detailed in the Program Manager’s Website or Mobile App, which may require you to (i) provide account and routing details for the External Account, (ii) verify your receipt of two (2) micro deposits that we send to your External Account the next business day, and/or (iii) follow certain requirements required of our service provider. Any such micro deposits are temporary deposits. These deposits are not made available for use other than for the purpose of account verification and will be reversed once the verification process is complete. We may verify your identity, ownership and control of the External Account by requiring you to submit documentation verifying such ownership and control, which might include proof of ownership of the External Account(s). All External Accounts must be with U.S. federally insured financial institutions. We may decline the use of any External Account for any reason, in our sole discretion. We are not responsible for and you understand that there may be certain system limitations or outages in the service from time to time.
