Linking External Accounts. You may link your Atlas Card Account to an external bank account you have with another financial institution in the U.S. or a U.S. territory where we offer the Atlas Card Account. We will call that other account a linked external account (Linked External Account). You can use your respective Linked External Accounts to transfer money to your Atlas Account. You may only use a Linked External Account that you own. We may also permit you to use a Linked External Account you own to make payments on any Card, at our sole discretion. Any Linked External Account that is linked to your Atlas Card Account must be owned by you and must be a personal account (not a business or commercial account) held at a U.S. financial institution. Any request to establish a Linked External Account is subject to our verification and approval. In our discretion, we may limit the number of Linked External Accounts linked to your Atlas Card Account at one time, block any transactions requested with your Linked External Account, or disconnect any Linked External Account. In order to link a Linked External Account to your Atlas Card Account, you may be required to provide certain information about your Linked External Account to our service provider, Plaid, or its successor, and may be required to accept the service provider’s additional terms and conditions in order to use this feature.

Linking External Accounts. By linking an external account, or by making a transfer using this service, you accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement and: • You represent that you are an owner of that External Account and are authorized by any other owners of the external account to enroll that account to make external transfers. • You authorize Navigator to initiate credit and debit transactions on the external account entered through Navigator’s Online and/or Mobile Banking, or to correct any errors that Navigator identified in conjunction with the transfer request. Navigator reserves the right to reject an enrollment request for any reason, including without limitation positional fraud or misuse. You are aware that not all types of accounts are eligible for external account transfers. Ineligible accounts may include IRAs, certificates, trusts, custodial accounts, corporate accounts and other types of accounts. All External Account Transfers are subject to the rules and regulations of the other financial institution. You agree not to transfer any funds to an external account where the transfer would not be allowed under the rules and regulations of such accounts.

If enabled by Platform for your Deposit Account, you may link an account with your Deposit Account by (i) logging into your financial institution on the Platform App, or (ii) by providing the account and routing details for the external account and verifying the two (2) micro deposits we send to your external account the next business day. We may also verify your control of the external account by requiring you to submit proof of ownership of the external account(s). All Linked External Accounts must be with financial institutions in the United States. We may decline the use of any external account that we believe may present a risk to you and/or us. By linking your external account to your Deposit Account, and by subsequently logging into your Linked External Account(s) through the Platform App, you authorize us to view your Linked External Account history and profile, including, but not limited to, your Linked External Account and routing details, authentication details, balance, transaction history, contact information, and other related information made available by such external financial institution; and you understand this information may be used to transact on your behalf and perform other services subject to our Privacy Policy. When adding an external account, you represent and warrant that you are the owner of, and have the right to access, use and authorize us to use, the external account for information and funds transfer purposes. If any of your Linked External Accounts has a joint account holder, you represent and warrant that the joint account holder has consented for you to represent both you and them, and to use the Linked External Account with the Platform services. If you do not have such consent, you should not use that external account and we will terminate your use of the linking service if we are notified of such a situation. If you close any of your Linked External Accounts, you are responsible for removing it as Linked External Account eligible for the linking service to avoid any transaction failure and possible charges related to a failed transaction. Linking External Accounts. If enabled by Platform for your Savings Account, we may enable you to link an account with Bank or an external account at a third party financial institution to for Online Transfers between your linked account(s) and your Savings Account. If enabled by Platform, you may link your account(s) with your Savings Account for Online Transfers by logging into your financial institution on Platform’s Website or Mobile App, or by providing the account and routing details for such account and verifying the two (2) micro deposits we send to your linked account the next business day. Any transfers initiated from the Savings Account to an external linked account after the sixth transfer via the Website or Mobile App will be blocked until the start of the next statement cycle. At the beginning of the next statement cycle, access to transfer from the Savings Account will be restored to six (6) for that cycle. Account Funding with Direct Deposits If enabled by Platform for your Savings Account, your Savings Account number and bank routing number may be used for the purpose of initiating direct deposits to your Savings Account.
