Electronic Communications may be posted on the pages within the Platform Website and/or delivered to your email address.
If you revoke your consent to receive Communications electronically, Platform will terminate your right to use the Platform Website, including the Mobile App, or to obtain or maintain Account(s) and related services, and you accept sole liability for any losses, liabilities, cost, damages and expenses resulting from such an involuntary termination of your Account(s) and related services, to the extent permitted by law.

Statements will be made available to you to view and/or print on the Platform Website and/or Mobile App (if available).

You must report any errors within sixty (60) days from the earlier of (i) the date the statement was made available to you on the Platform Website and/or the Mobile App or (ii) the date you access your Account and would have been able to see the error.
