PHYSICAL PRESENCE where XXXXXXXX shall execute the Service by physically present in the Receiving Parties’ premise accessing the necessary assets and Endpoint owned by the Receiving Parties.
PHYSICAL PRESENCE. Generally, an institution has physical presence when it operates a campus, branch instructional facility whether leased or owned, or administrative office within the boundaries of a state. However, because the specific definitions of physical presence currently vary greatly from state to state, especially with regard to out-of-state institutions that seek to conduct any activity within another state, XXXX has established its own uniform standard for physical presence vs. distance education. For purposes of participation in XXXX, this standard applies, but it does not affect the application of existing state laws to institutions that choose to operate outside of XXXX or which are based in states that are not XXXX members.
PHYSICAL PRESENCE where ZORALab shall execute the Service by physically present in the Receiving Parties’ premise accessing the necessary assets and Endpoint owned by the Receiving Parties.
PHYSICAL PRESENCE. Rev1 Ventures will establish a physical presence in the Dublin Entrepreneurial Center ("DEC") and provide a designated lead contact from the Rev1 Ventures team who is responsible for coordinating Rev1 Ventures services within the Dublin community. Rev1 Ventures will be responsible for the cost of its own office(s) and all related expenses in the DEC.

Physical presence refers to the place where an entity is physically located in order to provide service delivery, which includes providing such services virtually as authorized by 34 CFR 361.305, subsection (d)(3). However, if an AJCC Partner is delivering services virtually, said AJCC Partner shall enter into an Infrastructure Funding Agreement for its fair share of the infrastructure costs related to such virtual service delivery at the comprehensive, affiliate and/or specialized AJCC One-Stop Center, including, but not limited to, (i) video conferencing equipment; (ii) information technology related expenses, and (iii) data connection fees. U. Required Partner: An entity that carries out one or more of the programs or activities identified under WIOA Section 121 (b)(1) and is required under said section to participate in the XXX One-Stop Delivery System and to make the career services under its program or activity available through the XXX system.
PHYSICAL PRESENCE. Exceptions to Physical Presence – Disability will be assumed and applied due to “a serious illness that may be exacerbated by coming into clinic.” There may be barriers to physically accessing the clinic in severe weather circumstances.
