Likeness. Executive hereby grants to Company a license to use, without further compensation or approval from Executive, Executive’s name, image, portrait, voice, likeness and all other rights of publicity, or any derivative or modification thereto that Company may create, in any and all mediums, now known or hereafter developed, provided that such use is in relation to Company’s business and consistent with professional business standards, and does not disparage or denigrate Executive. Provided, however, if written notice is provided to Company by Executive following termination of Executive’s employment requesting that Company cease using Executive’s likeness, Company has 30 days to cease using Executive’s likeness in the manner set forth in the notice.
Likeness. Vendor grants FIU the right to use Vendor’s name, photograph, likeness, facsimile signature and biographical material in, on and in connection with publications, recordings and advertisements of, containing or relating to the Material.

Likeness. The Applicants hereby agree, without compensation, to allow the Participant’s image, photograph, video reproduction or like- ness to appear in publications, advertising, and/or television and online coverage in any manner incidental to his/her participation.
Likeness. Likeness shall mean the following materials: Artist's professional name, nickname, initials, autographs/signatures, likeness, image, voice, depiction, quotes, biographical information, life story, and other rights of publicity and persona rights, including any portions thereof and other materials provided or approved by Licensor under this Agreement. For clarity, Licensee’s use and exploitation of the Likeness is subject to the terms of this Agreement including Licensor’s right to approve such use and exploitation.
Likeness. Naming Rights Holder acknowledges and agrees that the rights granted pursuant to this Agreement do not include: (i) the right to use the names, likenesses, voices or images of any NHL players or coaches (including without limitation St. Louis Blues players or coaches) or NBA players or coaches on or in connection with the promotion or advertising of Naming Rights Holder or its services; (ii) except for the player appearances specified in Exhibit A, the right to require players or coaches from any NHL team (including without limitation the St. Louis Blues) or any NBA franchise which may play its games in the Arena to appear on behalf of or endorse Naming Rights Holder or its services; or (iii) the right to use any property owned or controlled by the NHL, the National Hockey League Players Association, any National Hockey League coaches association, the NBA, the NBA Players Association, any NBA coaches association which may at any time be formed.
Likeness. Member agrees that Member’s photo, video, image, or likeness may be used by Company and its assigns at their discretion.
Likeness. Recipient hereby grants to EcoSet Consulting, LLC, and their clients, the absolute right and permission to use, publish and/or broadcast, worldwide, in perpetuity, their likeness, picture and photograph ("pictures") and voice (“voice”), in whole or in part, or pictures in which Recipient may be included, in whole or in part, or composites or pictures distorted in character or form, in conjunction with their own name or a fictitious name, together with or without written or spoken copy for advertising, publicity, point of sale, any and all printed materials, business, trade or any other lawful purpose whatsoever, in any media whatsoever now known or hereafter developed. Recipient waves any rights that they may have to inspect and approve the finished product or such written or spoken copy that may be used in connection therewith, or the use to which it may be applied, or any royalties or right to compensation resulting from any use hereunder. Recipient releases, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless EcoSet Consulting, LLC, and their clients, any liability caused by, or arising by virtue of, any use whatsoever of my name, voice and pictures in accordance with the terms hereof, whether intentional or otherwise, including but not limited to any liability for what might be deemed to be misrepresentation or defamation of Recipient, their character or person due to distortion, alteration, optical illusion or faulty processing or reproduction which may occur by virtue of the use of Recipient’s name and pictures or any written or spoken material which is part of or connected with Recipient’s name and pictures, unless it can be shown that said reproduction was maliciously caused, produced, and published solely for the purpose of subjecting Recipient to conspicuous ridicule, scandal, reproach, scorn, and indignity.
Likeness. Employee hereby grants to Company the nonexclusive right during the Term throughout the universe to use, and to license others to use, the name, likeness, voice, other identification and biographical information of Employee for informational purposes or in connection with the advertising, exploitation and publicizing of the Company.
Likeness. By signing this agreement, you agree to grant DTN the unlimited use of the likeness of you, your family, and your dogs, including names, in promotional materials including social media.
