Likeness. Executive hereby grants to Company a license to use, without further compensation or approval from Executive, Executive’s name, image, portrait, voice, likeness and all other rights of publicity, or any derivative or modification thereto that Company may create, in any and all mediums, now known or hereafter developed, provided that such use is in relation to Company’s business and consistent with professional business standards, and does not disparage or denigrate Executive. Provided, however, if written notice is provided to Company by Executive following termination of Executive’s employment requesting that Company cease using Executive’s likeness, Company has 30 days to cease using Executive’s likeness in the manner set forth in the notice.
Likeness. Vendor grants FIU the right to use Vendor’s name, photograph, likeness, facsimile signature and biographical material in, on and in connection with publications, recordings and advertisements of, containing or relating to the Material.
Likeness. Executive hereby grants to Company a perpetual license to use, without further compensation or approval from Executive, his name, image, portrait, voice, likeness and all other rights of publicity, or any derivative or modification thereto that Company may create, in any and all mediums, now known or hereafter developed, provided that such use is in relation to Company’s business and consistent with professional business standards, and does not disparage or denigrate Executive.
Likeness. Likeness shall mean the following materials: Artist’s professional name, nickname, initials, autographs/signatures, likeness, image, voice, depiction, quotes, biographical information, life story, and other rights of publicity and persona rights, including any portions thereof and other materials provided or approved by Licensor under this Agreement. For clarity, Licensee’s use and exploitation of the Likeness is subject to the terms of this Agreement including Licensor’s right to approve such use and exploitation.
Likeness. The Applicants hereby agree, without compensation, to allow the Participant’s image, photograph, video reproduction or likeness to appear in publications, advertising, and/or television and online coverage in any manner incidental to his/her participation.
Likeness. Brand Ambassador grants to Company the worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable right and permission to photograph, film, videotape, and/or record Brand Ambassador and to display, reproduce, distribute, publish, exhibit and use in any other way Brand Ambassador’s name (including any aliases), likeness, image, photographs, voice, signature, actual and paraphrased statements, biographical information and any other information or attribute identifying or otherwise associated with Brand Ambassador (collectively, “Likeness”), in whole or in part, distorted, altered, modified and/or adapted in character and/or in form, alone and/or accompanied by other material, including any text, image and/or other creative elements that may be used in connection with the Likeness, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation for the purpose of publicity, advertising, promotion, and/or other marketing for the Company, the Work, and the Products in all media now known or hereafter developed (including without limitation in the Social Media Platforms and other social media websites, and web and mobile applications).
Likeness. By signing this agreement, you agree to grant DTN the unlimited use of the likeness of you, your family, and your dogs, including names, in promotional materials including social media. Likeness. Content Creator hereby grants PNC, and its designees, successors, and assignees a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license and right to publish, display, modify, edit, reproduce, and otherwise use Content Creator’s name, image, likeness, voice, performance, social media handles, avatars, nicknames, biographical materials, statements, testimonials, and other indicia, and any portion thereof (collectively, “Likeness”), in any and all media (now or hereafter known) for any and all purposes in connection with (a) the advertising or promotion of PNC’s products, (b) posting, reposting, publication, or any other use or exploitation of any of the Content Creator’s content, or (c) the Services, including any personal appearances of, or any recordings thereof, in each and every instance without any additional permissions from or compensation or notices to Content Creator. All materials produced by or on behalf of PNC, including without limitation those containing or comprising the Services, shall be and remain the sole and absolute property of PNC, and Content Creator will not have any right, title or interest of any kind in or to said materials, or any component part, element or reproduction thereof. Content Creator hereby waives and assigns to PNC any and all rights, including moral rights he or she may have in or to such materials. Content Creator hereby represents and warrants that Content Creator is not a member of any guild, union or similar organization such that the use of such Content Creator’s name, likeness, voice, performance, biographical materials, statements or testimonials as contemplated hereunder would trigger any guild, union or third-party payments or other obligations. Content Creator will immediately notify PNC of, and Content Creator shall be responsible for, any and all such payments, notifications, or objections to the guild or union.
Likeness. During the Consulting Term, each Principal hereby grants to Company a license to use, without further compensation or approval from Principal, Principal’s name, image, portrait, voice, likeness and all other rights of publicity, or any derivative or modification thereto that Company may create, in any and all mediums, now known or hereafter developed, provided that such use is in relation to Company’s business and consistent with professional business standards and does not disparage or denigrate Principal. Provided, however, if written notice is provided to Company by Principal following the end of the Consulting Term requesting that Company cease using Principal’s likeness, Company has 30 days to cease using Principal’s likeness in the manner set forth in the notice.
Likeness. Employee hereby grants to Company the nonexclusive right during the Term throughout the universe to use, and to license others to use, the name, likeness, voice, other identification and biographical information of Employee for informational purposes or in connection with the advertising, exploitation and publicizing of the Company.
