Promotional Materials definition

Promotional Materials means the written, printed, video or graphic advertising, promotional, educational and communication materials (other than Licensed Product labeling) for marketing, advertising and promotion of the Licensed Product in the Territory.
Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video presentations of information, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings, broadcast advertisements and sales reminder aides (for example, note pads, pens and other such items) intended for use or used by Licensee or its Affiliates in connection with any promotion of the Initial POZEN Product hereunder in the Territory, but excluding Product Labeling.
Promotional Materials has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.

Examples of Promotional Materials in a sentence

  • Company will be responsible for the creation, preparation, production, reproduction, review (medical, legal, and regulatory), and filing with the applicable Regulatory Authorities, of Promotional Materials relating to each Licensed Product.

  • Company will own all rights, title, and interest, in and to any and all Promotional Materials for any Licensed Product.

  • All such Promotional Materials will be compliant with Applicable Law.
