Nonexclusive Right. The right to indemnification and the payment of expenses incurred in defending a Proceeding in advance of its final disposition conferred in this Article XI will not be exclusive of any other right which any Person may have or later acquire under any statute or agreement, or under any insurance policy obtained for the benefit of any Manager, Partnership Representative or officer of the Fund.
Nonexclusive Right. It is understood and agreed that nothing herein contained shall be construed to grant or authorize the granting of an exclusive right within the meaning of §308a of the FEDERAL AVIATION ACT OF 1958 (49 U.S.C. §1349).
Nonexclusive Right. It is not the intent of this Agreement to grant to LESSEE the exclusive right to provide any or all of the services described in this Article III at any time during the term of this Agreement. DISTRICT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to grant others certain rights and privileges upon the Airport which are identical in part or in whole to those granted to LESSEE. Nonexclusive Right. The license granted to Physician Group in Section 2.1 hereof is nonexclusive.

For a period of 14 days after the date hereof, Finder shall have the non-exclusive right to introduce prospective investors to the Company who meet the definition of "accredited investors" under SEC Rule 506, and who may or may not be already known to the Seller ("Qualified Investors").

Nonexclusive Right. The RCD’s right of access to the Property is not exclusive. Owner/Manager, its employees and invitees shall each have the right to use the Property for all purposes as are permitted by federal, state, and local statutes, laws, ordinances, codes, regulations and rules, or as determined by Owner/Manager, so long as such use does not interfere with the RCD’s rights hereunder.
Nonexclusive Right. This Easement and the rights granted by this Easement are nonexclusive and are subject to any and all other easements or rights in the Easement previously granted to or reserved by others, whether or not the instruments containing such grants or reservations are recorded.
Nonexclusive Right. The indemnification provided by this Section is not exclusive of any other rights to which any Person may be entitled under any Agreement, or as a matter of law, or otherwise.
