Special Notes. HOD CARRIERS - With respect to building construction work as defined in Article 4 - (Work Affected Defined) for the duration of this Agreement, the wage scale applicable to Hod Carriers contained or to be contained in the labor contracts covering Oregon between the Laborers organizations involved, the Wall and Ceiling Contractors Association, and the ▇▇▇▇▇ Contractors Association shall be recognized and abided by the parties hereto when hiring Hod Carriers.
Special Notes. This Contract is entered into by and between the Lender and the Borrower through consultation based on equality and free will, and all terms and conditions hereof are genuine intentions of both the Lender and the Borrower. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Borrower, the Lender hereby asks the Borrower to give full attention to the contents of all terms regarding the rights and obligations of both parties. Borrower (Party A): Synthesis Energy Systems (Zaozhuang) New Gas Co., Ltd.
Special Notes. This Agreement is entered into in accordance with the law between both parties after negotiation based on equality and voluntariness. All terms of this Agreement are the true expression of both parties’ intent. For the purpose of protecting Party B’s legal rights, Party A specifically reminds Party B to pay full attention to all terms with regard to the rights and obligation of both parties, especially the bolded terms.

Special Notes. The Constitution Square Festival is co-sponsored by the Boyle County Farmer’s Market, the Danville/Boyle County Chamber of Commerce, and the Arts Commission of Danville/Boyle County.
