License Maintenance Payments. For the first four (4) years until the first Net Sale, Licensee will pay OHSU a license maintenance payment of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) by each anniversary of the Effective Date. Beginning in year 5 until the first Net Sale, Licensee will pay OHSU a license maintenance payment of then Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) by each anniversary of the Effective Date.
License Maintenance Payments. 5.1.1. The LICENSEE shall pay to ASU an annual maintenance fee beginning at $[*] and increasing by annual increments of $[*] each year up to a maximum of $[*] per year. For example, the [*] annual maintenance fee will be $[*]; the [*] will be $[*]; the [*] will be $[*]; the [*] will be $[*] and the [*] will be $[*] and will continue each year thereafter at the $[*] rate.
License Maintenance Payments. In the event that DrawDown assigns this Agreement to a successor to that part of DrawDown’s business to which this license relates, such successor shall pay to DKL an annual minimum royalty payment of $100,000 for the first year following such assignment, $250,000 for the second year following such assignment and $500,000 per year for subsequent years. Should the actual royalties paid under Paragraph 6.5 fall short of this minimum amount, such successor shall pay DKL the difference when the royalty payment for the last calendar quarter of such calendar year is due in accordance with Paragraph 6.5.
License Maintenance Payments. 5.1.1. The LICENSEE shall pay to ASU an annual maintenance fee beginning at $30,000.00 and increasing by annual increments of $5,000.00 each year up to a maximum of $50,000.00 per year. For example, the first annual maintenance fee will be $30,000.00; the second will be $35,000.00; the third will be $40,000.00; the fourth will be $45,000.00 and the fifth will be $50,000.00 and will continue each year thereafter at the $50,000.00 rate.
License Maintenance Payments. Beginning on the seventh anniversary of the Effective Date and until the first Net Sale in a Developed Country of any Vir Licensed Product, Licensee will pay OHSU a license maintenance payment as specified below. [***].
License Maintenance Payments. Notwithstanding Section 6.3 above, in the event that Organon fails to achieve any particular milestone above within the applicable cumulative time period specified in Section 6.3 for such milestone, Organon may maintain and extend its license on a target-by-target basis, with respect to the set of OUT Compounds active against the same molecular target, until the expiration of the next applicable cumulative time period specified in Section 6.3 above, by paying to Pharmacopeia [***] of the applicable milestone payment due pursuant to Section 7.2.2 on or before the expiration of the current cumulative time period. Such license maintenance payment shall be fully creditable against the milestone payment due upon actual accomplishment of such milestone. Such maintenance payments shall not affect the cumulative time period within which the next milestone must be completed.
License Maintenance Payments. Beginning on the [***] anniversary of the Effective Date and until the first Net Sale in a Developed Country of any Licensed Product that is a prophylactic or therapeutic vaccine (a “Vaccine Licensed Product”), Licensee will pay OHSU a license maintenance payment of [***] by each anniversary of the Effective Date.
License Maintenance Payments. In addition to the royalty and ------------------------------ other payments set forth in this Section 5.2, Senesco will pay to Tilligen an annual license maintenance fee ("License Maintenance Fee") of [**] dollars ($[**]). The first such License Maintenance Fee shall be due twelve (12) months following delivery by Tilligen of the first Mutation delivered to Senesco hereunder, and on each subsequent anniversary thereof. The License Maintenance Fee shall be creditable on a noncumulative annual basis against any royalties owed to Tilligen hereunder.
License Maintenance Payments. SIGA must pay to WU non-refundable, non-creditable license maintenance payments as follows:

To ensure Achillion’s continued development and commercialization of Licensed Products, Achillion shall make license maintenance payments to Emory as provided in this Section 3.3 in the event that none of the clinical milestones described in Section 3.2 are achieved. Beginning with the second anniversary of Effective Date of the Agreement and continuing each year thereafter during the term of the Agreement, Achillion shall pay Emory a license maintenance payment in accordance with the schedule set forth below, unless and until a clinical milestone described in Section 3.2 has occurred prior to the applicable anniversary and, on or prior to the date [**] thereafter, Achillion has paid Emory the amount set forth above in Section 3.2 for such clinical milestone. Upon the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in the immediately preceding sentence, the license maintenance payment obligation under this Section 3.3 shall terminate.
