Effective Date of the Agreement definition

Effective Date of the Agreement means the date indicated in the Agreement on which it becomes effective, but, if no such date is indicated, it shall mean the date on which the Agreement is signed and delivered by the City to the Contractor. For this purpose, delivery shall be accomplished by either hand‑delivery to the Contractor or placing a copy in the mail, first class, postage prepaid.
