Section 3.3. 33 Employees of the units subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or 34 other persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 35 District as hereinafter provided.
Section 3.3. 20 Employees of the unit subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or 21 other bargaining unit members present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other 22 representatives of the District as hereinafter provided.
Section 3.3. 10 Employees subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or other persons 11 present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the District as 12 hereinafter provided.
Section 3.3. 43 Each employee reserves and retains the right to delegate any right or duty contained in this Agreement, 44 exclusive of compensation for services rendered, to appropriate officials of the Association.
Section 3.3. 9 Employees subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or other 10 persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 11 District as hereinafter provided.
Section 3.3. 16 Employees subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or other 17 persons present at discussions between themselves and the supervisors or other representatives of the 18 District as hereinafter provided.
Section 3.3. 40 Employees subject to this Agreement have the right to have an Association representative present at the 41 discussion between themselves and the supervisor and/or other representatives of the District, limited 42 to two (2) from each side, as hereinafter provided, unless mutually agreed.
Section 3.3. 41 Neither the District nor the Association shall unlawfully discriminate against any employee subject to 42 this Agreement on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, national origin, age, marital status or because of 43 the presence of any sensory, mental or physical disability with respect to a position, the duties of which 44 may be performed efficiently by an individual without danger to the health or safety of the person with
Section 3.3. 43 Employees of the units subject to this agreement have the right to have Association representatives 44 present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the District as 45 hereinafter provided.
Section 3.3. 7 An employee may request a conference with his/her supervisor. The employee may inspect his/her hours 8 of work records in order to ensure that provisions of this Agreement are being adhered to. A Union 9 representative may be present at any such conference at the employee's request.
