Section 3.3. 9 Employees subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or other 10 persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 11 District as hereinafter provided.
Section 3.3. 20 Employees of the unit subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or 21 other bargaining unit members present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other 22 representatives of the District as hereinafter provided.
Section 3.3. 10 Each employee reserves and retains the right to delegate any right or duty contained in this Agreement, 11 exclusive of compensation for services rendered, to appropriate officials of the Association.
Section 3.3. 41 Neither the District nor the Association shall unlawfully discriminate against any employee subject to 42 this Agreement on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, national origin, age, marital status or because of 43 the presence of any sensory, mental or physical disability with respect to a position, the duties of which 44 may be performed efficiently by an individual without danger to the health or safety of the person with
Section 3.3. 10 An employee may request a conference with his/her supervisor. The employee may inspect his/her 11 hours of work records in order to ensure that provisions of this Agreement are being adhered to. A 12 Union representative may be present at any such conference at the employee's request.
Section 3.3. 29 Each employee shall be allowed to see material placed in his/her personnel file. Requests to view the file 30 shall be made during normal working hours at the District Employee Services Office. Inspection of the 31 personnel file shall be in the presence of the District Employee Services Director or designee. Derogatory 32 material contained in the file may be removed upon written request eighteen (18) months after its 33 placement in the file. Derogatory material shall be removed upon written request three (3) years after its 34 placement in the file, unless the material relates to serious misconduct or conduct of a repetitive nature. 35 Derogatory material as herein referenced shall include reprimands and letters of warning. Evaluative 36 material shall not be removed.
Section 3.3. 24 Employees subject to this agreement have the right to have Union representatives or other persons present 25 at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the District as hereinafter 26 provided.
Section 3.3. 19 Employees subject to this agreement have the right to have Union representatives or other persons 20 present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the District.
Section 3.3. 17 The District agrees to submit a report monthly along with its remittance of dues identifying each 18 employee by name, social security number and dues amount remitted. The District agrees to provide 20 March 1 of each year of this agreement.
Section 3.3. 36 Employees subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives present at 37 discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the District, that deal with 38 discipline or which could lead to discipline, except for employee evaluations.
