LICENCE AND TERM. 2.1 As from the Effective Date and until terminated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Supplier grants the End-User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to Use the Licensed Materials for its own business purposes, solely on the following terms:

Sinefa grants to you for the Licence Term a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non- sublicensable and non-exclusive right to use the Application Software Products under the terms of this XXXX. The term of your licence to use the Application Software Products (Licence Term) will be set out in your Purchase Order, as approved by Sinefa, and/or on your invoice notification that you will receive from Sinefa upon purchasing any Products. This XXXX is in effect for as long as you have a valid License Term. This XXXX will expire at the end of your Licence Term, unless terminated earlier in accordance with its terms.

On expiration of the Term the Parties may agree to extend the Agreement for an additional fee, such fee to be agreed by Xxxxx Xxxxxx, at the University of Surrey and the Academic Institution.
LICENCE AND TERM. 1.1 Subject to payment of the applicable licence fees (as set out in the Agreed Order), and subject to the terms of this Licence, Idox hereby grants to the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software and the user manuals relating to the use of the Software (hereinafter defined as the “Documentation”) for the number of users (as set out in the Agreed Order) for the period specified therein. Where no designated user basis is specified in the Agreed Order, the designated user basis shall be a Named User Base. Where no period is specified in the Agreed Order, the Software licence shall be granted for the duration of the Services to which the Licence relates, as specified in the Agreed Order, including any agreed extensions, and subject always to Idox’s right to terminate the contract and /or Agreed Order, as provided for in clause 5 of this Licence).
