The Customer Data definition

The Customer Data means data, information or material provided or submitted by The Customer or any User to 4K Academy and any copies 4K Academy makes in the course of utilising the Service.
The Customer Data means the text, data, images, sounds, photographs, illustrations, graphics, programs, code and other materials transmitted or stored for/by the Customer, the Customer’s customers and/or persons under the Customer’s control through any Service provided hereunder.
The Customer Data means data, information or material provided or submitted by The Customer or any User to Potters International College and any copies Potters International College makes in the course of utilising the Service.

  • Type of Personal Data The Customer Data uploaded for processing through the Hosted Service by the Customer.

  • Type of Personal Data The Customer Data that is uploaded or transferred in connection with the resolution of a Technical Support case.

  • The Customer Data shall be delivered in an electronic form commonly in use.

  • The Customer Data is and will remain the property of the Customer at all times.

More Definitions of The Customer Data

The Customer Data means any and all data deposited, entered or added to the Application Software by or on behalf of The Customer or by ipSCAPE on behalf of The Customer and includes data owned or provided by Clients, data supplied by a third party and data derived from The Customer Data through the Application Software (including metadata analysis and data generated via the addition of supplementary information);
The Customer Data means all electronic data or information submitted to the Services by the Customer or its Affiliates.

Related to The Customer Data

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor/Supplier and its Subcontractors/Suppliers under this Order.

  • The Customer means the original purchaser under the purchase agreement.

For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain a provisional Authority to Operate (ATO) at the Moderate Level from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Joint Authorization Board (JAB) or Federal Agency for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).

  • input data means data provided to or directly acquired by an AI system on the basis of which the system produces an output;

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Client Materials means the CLIENT Development Materials and the CLIENT Production Materials.

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.
