Software Licence definition

Software Licence means any licence granted to Us or You in connection with the Software.
Software Licence means a licence of Software between the licensor and Client;
Software Licence means the customer rights to use and distribute the Software issued by QGate, vendor or third- party, may also be referred to as the End User Licence Agreement (▇▇▇▇).

  • If the Company does not receive the Software Licence Fee for the applicable Renewal Licence Period by the date of expiry of the Initial Licence Period or then current Renewal Licence Period (as applicable), the Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate the licence granted under this Condition 24(a).Upon termination of the licence granted under this Condition24(a), the Company shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to deactivate the Purchaser’s access to and use of the Software.

More Definitions of Software Licence

Software Licence means the terms of the BlueBridge One software licence relating to the licensing of software provided by BlueBridge One to the Customer as part of the Professional Services. “SOW” a Statement of Work prepared by BlueBridge One and issued to the Customer.
