Software Licence definition

Software Licence means any licence granted to Us or You in connection with the Software.

Software Licence means a licence of Software between the licensor and Client;

Software Licence means the customer rights to use and distribute the Software issued by QGate, vendor or third- party, may also be referred to as the End User Licence Agreement (XXXX).

Timebank: hours unallocated at time of purchase, available to be consumed on ad hoc, minor Works and Services. VAT: value added tax chargeable under the Value Added Tax Xxx 0000. Works: the Available Services which are provided by the Supplier under a Statement of Work, including Software services which are incidental or ancillary to the Works.
