Leave and Other Benefits. The Business Administrator shall be entitled to 20 days of vacation each fiscal year. Any unused vacation days will not accrue to the next fiscal year. The Business Administrator shall be entitled to five (5) paid personal leave days each fiscal year. Up to two (2) unused personal leave days may be carried over from the first year of the contract to the second year of the contract, such that the Business Administrator may use up to seven (7) personal leave days in the second year. At the end of the contract term, all unused personal leave days shall expire and the Business Administrator shall then be paid for up to five (5) unused personal leave days at the daily rate. The Business Administrator shall be entitled to medical and dental insurance and all other benefits received by 12-month administrators including disability and life insurance, sick leave and wellness incentives, retirement, and all other insurance and benefits. Upon execution of this Amendment, Section B.(1) shall read:
Leave and Other Benefits. Employee shall be eligible for such leave and other benefits as are generally available to and which cover Fountain=s executive officers at Employee's job level or classification, subject to the rules applicable to such plans or programs prevailing from time to time. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, Employee's participation in such plans and programs shall be subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions (including eligibility requirements) of such plans and programs, resolutions of Fountain=s Board of Directors establishing such programs and plans, and Fountain=s normal practices and established policies regarding such plans and programs.

Leave and Other Benefits. A. Superintendent shall be entitled to the benefits applicable to twelve (12)-month administrative employees, including, but not limited to, leaves, any forms of insurance protection, retirement program, and other administrative employee benefits, except sick leave bank, unless otherwise addressed in this Contract. If addressed in this Contract, contractual provisions supersede those applicable to twelve (12) month administrative employees.
Leave and Other Benefits. Employee shall accrue vacation time as outlined in the Employer’s Employee Manual, as may be amended from time to time. Employee shall also be entitled to participate in any other employee leave, benefit, or welfare plan Employer may offer from time to time on the same basis as other civilian management employees of Employer and subject to the participation qualifications of any such plan. Nothing in this Agreement requires Employer to offer any such plan or restricts Employer’s ability to modify or terminate any such plan, except as provided by applicable law. Employer expressly reserves the right to develop and implement employment policies and work rules as it sees fit. Employee acknowledges that Employer has provided Employee with a copy of Employer’s Employee Manual which contains information regarding Employer’s leave and other benefits programs.
