Vacation and Other Benefits. Each Contract Year, Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation in accordance with Employer’s applicable policies and procedures for executive-level employees. Executive shall also be eligible to participate in and receive the fringe benefits generally made available to other executive-level employees of Employer in accordance with and to the extent that Executive is eligible under the general provisions of Employer’s fringe benefit plans or programs; provided, however, that Executive understands that these benefits may be increased, changed, eliminated or added from time to time during the Term as determined in Employer’s sole and absolute discretion.

Vacation and Other Benefits. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to not less than four weeks of paid vacation during each calendar year of his employment hereunder and to sick days and other paid time off for religious and personal reasons, in each case in accordance with the Company’s vacation and paid time off policies and procedures (including with respect to accrual), as in effect from time to time. The Company shall pay or reimburse all reasonable out-of-pocket business, entertainment and travel expenses incurred by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance of his duties and responsibilities, in accordance with this paragraph and the Company’s expense reimbursement policies and procedures, as in effect from time to time. The Executive shall submit to the Company periodic statements of all expenses so incurred. Subject to such audits as the Company may deem necessary, the Company shall reimburse the Executive the full amount of any such expenses advanced by him promptly in the ordinary course. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to such other fringe benefits extended or provided to any other senior executive.

Employee shall also be entitled to the rights and benefits for which he shall be eligible under any benefit or other plans (including, without limitation, dental, medical, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans and other so-called “fringe” benefits) as the Company shall make available to other employees generally from time to time.

Vacation and Other Benefits. During each twelve-month period that Employee is employed by FCMC, Employee shall be entitled to four weeks (i.e., twenty days) of paid vacation plus regular personal days and holidays in accordance with the policies of FCMC. Up to five (5) unused vacation days can be accrued or aggregated from one twelve-month period to the next. In addition, Employee shall be entitled to participate in all present and future benefit plans and/or fringe benefits provided by FCMC to its other executive officers.

Executive shall be entitled to reasonable paid vacation annually, as well as other employment benefits, including death and retirement plans, and group insurance programs for medical, hospitalization, life, and long term disability, and the like, afforded in general to senior executives of the Company of comparable status and tenure, and consistent with the Company's policies for executive employment benefits. The Company may, in its sole discretion, change such benefits policies from time to time.
Vacation and Other Benefits. During the term of Executive’s employment hereunder, Executive shall be entitled to such paid vacation, fringe benefits and perquisites as are provided from time to time by the Company to similarly situated executives. Unused vacation may not be carried forth to the next calendar year without prior written consent by the Company, except that no written consent is required for carrying over a maximum of fourteen days to any subsequent year. The Company shall also provide the Executive reasonable reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses incurred by him in connection with his duties hereunder, upon submission of appropriate documentation, and an automobile or automobile allowance, which expense or allowance shall not exceed $750 per month, net.
