Late Check-In Sample Clauses

The Late Check-In clause establishes the rules and consequences for guests who arrive after the designated check-in time at a property. Typically, this clause outlines any additional fees, notification requirements, or alternative arrangements that may apply if a guest checks in late, such as providing a key lockbox or arranging for staff to be present outside normal hours. Its core function is to set clear expectations and procedures for both parties, minimizing confusion and ensuring smooth coordination in the event of delayed arrivals.
