Contract Assignments. PURCHASER shall not assign, transfer, convey or any other manner relinquish responsibility of any portion of this contract to another person, firm or corporation without first obtaining written approval from COUNTY. COUNTY reserves the right to impose any reasonable restrictions on such an assignment that it deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
Contract Assignments. This contract cannot be assigned by resident to any other person. The resident may not sublet any part of the premises and may not allow another person to reside in the room/apartment not assigned by the Housing Office.
Contract Assignments. A resident may not subcontract any part of the premises or allow any unauthorized party to occupy the premises or any part thereof. The Director of Residential Education on behalf of Housing & Residential Education reserves the right to change resident room and hall assignments for health, safety or repair reasons; for the unresolved incompatibility of roommates; or other administrative reasons for either a temporary or permanent basis. This will be communicated in writing by the Director of Residential Education or their designee.
Contract Assignments. Borrower shall deliver to Agent (A) on or before the Closing Date, a copy of each contract set forth on Schedule 4.15(j), and (B) after the Closing Date, each material amendment to or extension of a contract on Schedule 4.15(j) and, in the event Borrowing Agent requests that any amounts payable under any contract with the United States, or any department, agency or instrumentality of it, constitute Eligible Governmental Receivables, the applicable Borrower shall deliver a copy of such contract, together with an assignment thereof executed by the applicable Borrower in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 4.15(j) (the “US Assignment”), which will assign the right to payment of any Receivable thereunder to Agent and will include the identity of the contracting officer related thereto. Agent may, at any time in its sole discretion, upon notice to Borrowing Agent, (A) elect to complete such assignment and deliver it to the applicable contracting officer for acknowledgment and acceptance by such contracting officer and any other Person necessary to comply with the Federal Assignment of Claims Act, and (B) take such other actions as may be required under the Federal Assignment of Claims Act to effect the assignment of such Receivable in accordance with the Federal Assignment of Claims Act. In such event, Agent may, at any time upon notice to Borrowing Agent, change the payment instructions for all such Receivables assigned to Agent from any Borrower to Agent.
Contract Assignments. Performance of the Contract Documents may not be assigned except upon written consent of the District. Assignment without District’s prior written consent shall be null and void. Consent will not be given to an assignment that would relieve the DBE or the DBE’s surety of their responsibilities under the Contract Documents. Any assignment of money due or to become due under the Contract Documents shall be subject to a prior lien for services rendered or material supplied for performance of Work called for under the Contract Documents in favor of all persons, firms, or corporations rendering services or supplying material to the extent that claims are filed pursuant to the Civil Code, Code of Civil Procedure, Government Code, Labor Code, and/or Public Contract Code, and shall also be subject to deductions for liquidated damages or withholding of payments as determined by District in accordance with the Contract Documents. DBE shall not assign or transfer in any manner to a Subcontractor or supplier the right to prosecute or maintain an action against the District.

Contract Assignments. Contractor’s performance of the Contract may not be assigned except upon written consent of the AOC. Consent will not be given to an assignment which would relieve the Contractor or the Contractor's Surety of their responsibilities under the Contract.

Contract Assignments. Sellers shall have obtained all required consent necessary to assign the Leases and the Lightspeed point of sale system.

Seller shall have delivered to Buyer evidence reasonably satisfactory to Buyer that each Person set forth on Schedule 8.3(g) attached hereto, consented to the assignment to Buyer of the Contract set forth opposite such Person’s name, but only those Contracts which consent of the Person is required.
