CHECKING IN. When checking into the assigned space, Licensee must fill out and sign a Room Inspection upon inspection of the room. This must be completed and submitted via the Housing Portal within 24 hours of occupancy.
CHECKING IN. All students must officially check in through the rental office before taking occupancy of the apartment. Specific apartment assignments are not final until student takes possession.
CHECKING IN. All Members, upon entering Center, are required to check in at the Reception Desk by SCANNING ASSIGNED MEMBERSHIP SCAN CARD. FAILURE TO DO SO COULD RESULT IN INVOLUNTARY TERMINATION. Before checking in, all Members must have a valid photograph in the system and have up to date contact information.
CHECKING IN. No member will be admitted to The Community Center without checking in or registering at the front desk of The Community Center. An adult must accompany children under the age of six (6) at all times, unless the child is enrolled in a program. Children under the age of twelve (12) will not be admitted to The Community Center before 12:00 pm, unless an adult accompanies them or unless the child is enrolled into a program.

Return your "Check-in inventory and Smoke Detector" sheets to the rental office within FIVE DAYS after checking in. This is for your protection. Damages found in the apartment when you leave will be checked against the list, and you will be charged for damages that are not noted on your "Check-in Inventory".

If a Buzz Promotions manager is present, I will check in with them at the start and end of my shift; Where there is no Buzz Promotions manager present, I will check in with Buzz Promotions management via phone, text or e-mail as outlined in my shift confirmation. I will take and send between 3 and 10 photos of me and/or the team during every shift.
