Related Classes As to any Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest, those classes of Certificates identified as "Related Classes of Certificates" to such Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest in the definition of Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest.
Restricted Classes As defined in Section 4.02(e).
Affected Class has the meaning specified in Section 2.24(a).
Backward Classes means any socially and educationally Backward Classes of citizens recognized by the Government for purpose of clause (4) of article 15 of the Constitution of India;
Allowed Class . . . Claim means an Allowed Claim in the particular Class described.
Tranches shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1.
Subordinated Class means (a) with respect to the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes and the Class C Notes and (b) with respect to the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes.

Scheduled Tribes means such tribes or tribal communities or parts of or groups within, such tribes or tribal communities as are deemed to be Scheduled Tribes in relation to the State of Maharashtra under article 342 of the Constitution of India residing in any part of the State of Maharashtra;
Interest Only Classes As specified in the Prospectus Supplement.
Support Classes As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Subclass With respect to the Class A-V Certificates, any Subclass thereof issued pursuant to Section 5.01(c). Any such Subclass will represent the Uncertificated Class A-V REMIC Regular Interest or Interests specified by the initial Holder of the Class A-V Certificates pursuant to Section 5.01(c).
Floating Rate Classes The Classes designated as either “Floating Rate” or “Inverse Floating Rate” in the Prospectus Supplement.
Corresponding Classes As to any Lower REMIC Interest identified in Section 2.7, the Class or Classes that are identified in Section 2.7 as corresponding to such Lower REMIC Interest.
Scheduled COD in relation to an Element(s) shall mean the date(s) as mentioned in Schedule 3 as against such Element(s) and in relation to the Project, shall mean the date as mentioned in Schedule 3 as against such Project, subject to the provisions of Article 4.4 of this Agreement, or such date as may be mutually agreed among the Parties;
Unimpaired Class means an unimpaired Class within the meaning of section 1124 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Class X Notional Balance With respect to any Distribution Date (and the related Accrual Period) the aggregate principal balance of the regular interests in REMIC 3 as specified in the Preliminary Statement hereto.
Initial Class Principal Balance As set forth in the Preliminary Statement.
Scheduled Amount means the Day-Ahead Schedule comprised of the quantity (in MWh) of electric energy expected to be produced by the Generating Facility that is scheduled from Seller or Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator to Buyer in a Physical Trade in the IFM.
Voting Classes means Classes 4 and 5.
film classification body means the person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 (c.39) (authority to determine suitability of video works for classification).
Original Class Principal Balance means, with respect to any Class of Principal Balance Certificates, the initial Class Principal Balance thereof as of the Closing Date, in each case as specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Class A-AB Scheduled Principal Balance For any Distribution Date, the scheduled principal balance for such Distribution Date set forth on Exhibit BB to this Agreement.
Settlement Classes means all Persons included in the Electrolytic Settlement Classes and the Film Settlement Classes.
Targeted Principal Classes As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
