Bed Space definition

Bed Space means the accommodations, furnishings and physical space within a Room for each occupant assigned to that room. A Room will have one or more Bed Spaces.
Bed Space literally means a space only for sleeping, with the approximate size of 1 tatami mat (1.62 m2). Many facilities provide shared bathrooms. They are also referred to as cage houses or coffin houses, and the buildings are often deteriorated and seldom have safety measures in place.
Bed Space means one of the 17 bedrooms available for the Authority to refer offenders to reside in.

  • In consideration of Resident’s compliance with the terms of this Lease Contract, Resident shall have the right to use and occupy the Exclusive Bed Space and other areas of the Premises on the terms hereof.

  • Owner shall provide Resident an itemization of the application of the Deposit and a refund of the remaining balance of the Deposit, if any, 30 days after termination of the tenancy, delivery of possession of the Exclusive Bed Space to Owner by Resident and written notice from Resident of Resident’s forwarding address.

  • Owner shall provide Resident an itemization of the application of the Deposit and a refund of the remaining balance of the Deposit, if any, 45 days after termination of the tenancy, delivery of possession of the Exclusive Bed Space to Owner by Resident and written notice from Resident of Resident’s forwarding address.

  • If Resident does not execute a New Lease Contract as and when required at Owner’s sole discretion, Resident may not be able to maintain Resident’s current Exclusive Bed Space, Premises, and Unit in the New Lease Contract.
